I ordered my mittens on November 22nd…
I ordered my mittens on November 22nd and they are still in transit since November 23rd. Could you please let me know what is happening with my order #1013 (tracking number SYAE002589758). I really wish to have them before Christmas. Gift for my grand-daughter.

Still waiting for delivery
I’ve had to write to the company via email, my order has been sitting at getting ready to ship for five days. Apparently this is due to the fact that they are “busy”
I can understand it being busy due to the Christmas period which is why I ordered the product early in November as it’s supposed to be a ten - fifteen wait.
So, long and short of it... is still waiting for the product to arrive!
