Very unfair experience with Mostbet.
I placed bets on the Morocco vs Senegal match, which initially ended 1-0 and was settled as a loss. However, the official CAF decision later changed the result to 3-0 in favor of Morocco due to Senegal’s forfeit.
Despite this being the final and official result, Mostbet refused to resettle the bets or provide any refund, claiming they only consider the result at the end of the match.
This is very disappointing, especially as a long-time customer who trusted this platform. Other betting companies have handled similar situations more fairly by offering refunds or resettling bets.
This raises serious concerns about fairness and customer treatment.
I would not recommend this platform based on my experience.

I cannot withdraw my money from Mostbet.
I have been trying to withdraw 69,000 KZT for several days. I used different methods (VISA, Kaspi, mobile payment), but all requests are constantly canceled.
Support only gives template responses about “bank technical issues” without providing a real solution or timeframe.

They never allow me to withdraw my money. After they deposited my money which took them over 30 days to my account, they are now declining my withdrawals. Very poor service and customer support I deposited 500 taka and made it upto 1000 taka but when it's time to withdrawal they asking me for Number verification. I entered number but no OTP camed into my SMS and they circled for it for whole 3 days. After 3 days I somehow got my number verified. But again I tried to withdrawal they again said "You need to withdraw with the same thing you did deposit". I was actually trying withdraw same method that I did deposit. But still they were not talking my withdrawal.

This app is totally a fraudulent app. My account was frozen last month without any issue and breach of community guideline from myself. Then in order to go through the verification process which is the policy of mostbet to restore access to frozen account, I provided them all the required documents and details.
