Fun stuff untill something is faulty.

Multiple emails later still no solution or any help really.

Questions are ment to cover their own bases instead of being helpful.

A shame really since the product range is nice.

Chatbot responses to mails. No solution for a malfuntioning car of de racetrack from paw patrol. Keep away from this dealer

I was unable to find a certain kit for my daughter in the US. After contacting them, they responded the next day, I placed an order, and 4 days later the kit arrived after being shipped from Europe. Absolutely blown away by the great fast shipping and great customer service. Thank you so much, my kiddo is gonna be all smiles.

I am extremely disappointed with the product I received from most-models.com. I purchased a Revell model kit, expecting a high-quality product given the high price. However, the product turned out to be of very poor quality. Simply removing parts from the frame carefully and as instructed resulted in breakage, indicating that the plastic and build quality are substandard.

Due to this defect, I promptly returned the product, but most-models.com refused the return and did not provide any explanation or resolution. This is unacceptable. I paid for a working, buildable product—not one that falls apart before assembly even begins.

What am I expected to do now—keep and “play” with a damaged item I cannot use? This feels like being forced to accept a faulty product with no support from the seller.

My order was placed (from Scotland) Friday afternoon on the March 20th and the model arrived at my door on Wednesday morning on the March 26th, that is faster than placed within the UK (fully tracked).
Fantastic service so I would highly recommend Most-models.
