After 3 months of not being satisfied…

After 3 months of not being satisfied with the shopping experience, I cancelled my subscription. It was cancelled on the same day of my last charge. Mosso acknowledged the cancellation and assured that no further charges would be made. On May 11 I was charged and I promptly alerted Mosso. Their mistake, right? They are offering a 25% refund not the full refund. For someone on a fixed income this is robbery!
**UPDATE**
After their offer of 25% was rejected in my email response, they then, offered a 50% refund! At this point I was fuming! I responded, a full and complete refund was the only resolution I will accept! Finally was told a 100% refund was guaranteed.
I unfortunately will remain skeptical. I have not seen a refund and the future does not guarantee that “mistake charges” will not be made.

Quickest response ever.

I had the quickest response ever from a customer service representative from your company. It does not matter what company I ever dealt with, your customer service rep was the quickest. And not only quick but I can tell you, they were spot on and handled my issues instantly.

I cancelled signing up.

I cancelled signing up because I felt inundated with too much information and too many additional offers once signed up. The messaging seemed hyperbole instead of just saying "we will recommend clothing to be purchased from Amazon all based on your profile." Too confusing.

I did find the resources very helpful

I did find the resources very helpful. I would recommend unlocking the 28 days of learning by a week because I would miss some days and then never get to the next day since it was locked out.

found it difficult to cancel subscription therefore money deducted from my acct . resolved after email to Mossi.ai read who refunded 25% of the subscription taken. overall satisfied with email response and 25% discount.

I can't find out how to cancel this…

I can't find out how to cancel this app. I don't want it to automatically charge me for any more days than I agreed to. The stylist keeps stating she doesn't have that information. What a load of crap.

I learned a mit about how to build a…

I learned a good bit about how to build a capsule, but also needed to know what to put in one for me and my lifestyle.

It seemed as though when i told the boy what i was doing that day I was given the same outfit over and over and the ones in my daily suggestions were inappropriate for me. Instead of the Amazon capsule I was promised, I was given H&M and not the classic vibe i wear. There seemed to be a disconnect there. Still learned. 😎

DO NOT USE!
A monthly fee of £40+ has been taken from my bank account for a subscription that I have cancelled. A full refund has been requested immediately and that I no longer wish to have the subscription. My request for a full refund to my bank account was replied to by AI.
Stay away as MOSSO does not offer any support.
I am very disappointed and feel I’ve been taken advantage of and have lost my money.

Do NOT trust this company

Do NOT trust this company. I purchased the $19.99 special and checked twice to be sure the subscription box was empty. Still they charged me $79.99 USD this month and won’t refund it. I asked for proof that I ordered a subscription and they can't supply it. BUYER BEWARE

It is a scam

It is a scam. First they say they charge 17€ and then they charged an additional 16.89€ in order to access the app. There was no option to skip this charge and it also happened automatically without face verification from Apple Pay! This is stealing! I have cancelled my membership and now I am unable to contact them to request a full refund which should be applicable due to my right of withdrawal (EU consumer protection legislation, including Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights).

I only wanted the initial offer and now money has been taken

I signed up for the 1 month offer and did not set up any kind of direct debit. Tonight I got aCall from my bank to say £56 pounds had gone out. They blocked the payment but I have spent the last hour trying to contact the company. My email
Has bounced back and when I go on the contact page there is a ridiculous spot the changing letter puzzle that stops you getting any further! If someone from this company reads this please get in touch as I am not impressed!
