Mosso is not an app

Mosso is not an app. It is only a website.
They don't let you know until you have payed a subsription. I cancelled my subscription when I discovered this and asked for a refund. They don't give one. Stay away!

Don't subscribe

The app doesn't provide logical results. I have an hourglass shape and am getting recommendations on outfits for billowy fitting clothes. None seemed to define my waist. All inappropriate for an hourglass figure.

Total scam avoid it at any cost

Total scam avoid it at any cost. I signed up and cannot cancel anymore. Was in contact with email support but they ghosted me and I still get charged every month...

EDIT:
confirmation of fraud! Only way to get out after consulting the bank is to cancel your card(s). If you are reading this, DO NOT trust this merchant. They never reply to emails as there is no real employees, and every message as the reply to this comment is AI generated (you can see by yourself that the replies are ALWAYS the same automatic originated)

I cancelled with you and unsubscribed but you took $79.67 from my account and what did I buy with that money? Nothing. You unsubscribe and cancel but they still take a lot of money from you.

Ok daily look

The colors chosen for me were a surprise. Especially the mint green. The styles do suit my taste. Wide leg trousers, sort of an androgynous style

I should be able to claim the free…

I should be able to claim the free trial then create the account. If the account has to be created first, why does the free trial link take me to a screen that says create your account? There is no code to put in for the free trial after creating the account. A free trial should be the first can you sign up for.

I think this is indicative of future issues. Please close this issue and unsubscribe me from all future emails. Thank you for your help.

So far I am eager to learn more!

So far, I met my stylist & she acknowledged my point about the climate where I live. So often people say "it can't be that hot." WRONG, as June, July, & August into September prove!
I'm intrigued with the color choices which I like very much, although I seldom have ever shied away from color!

I have had my colors done many years ago and I was told that I was a winter. This tells me I’m an early spring?.?.?
