Moshulu Reviews 

I have been a repeat customer for several years and have no complaints about previous service. I ordered a pair of Ginger Ale sandals in the latest sale. Paid £49 + p&p. Also subsequently received last Monday an email imploring customers to "Order quickly, last chance, sale ends tonight". I had to return the sandals as there was a manufacturing fault with them and requested an exchange; I requested a different colour as none were now available in the original colour. Fine, no problem. Today (Wednesday) I have just gone on the website and looked up the same sandals. Design is now labelled 'Sale - £35' ie. a further £14 reduction AFTER the sale purportedly ended. That's so disingenuous as to be unbelievable. I'm afraid that when my latest order is completed one way or another I shall no longer be taking my custom to this company. In fact I shall be phoning them first thing tomorrow morning in the hope of changing my exchange request to a refund request.

Update 11 Sept 2023: I much appreciate how Moshulu have dealt with my product return and complaint about their recent Sales policy. As explained in their reply, they have given me a partial refund to reflect the new discounted sale price. In fact they have gone above and beyond by finding for me a replacement pair in the colourway I originally ordered. Entirely with the purpose of being helpful, I would only suggest that, to avoid, arguably, misleading 'Sale ending' notifications in future, they might consider including a sentence along the lines of "A limited number of styles may be subject to further reductions beyond this end of sale date".
To sum up, one happy customer. And the replacement sandals are a lovely, perfect fit! Thank you, Moshulu!

Have had 2 pairs of sandals for a few years but only worn occasionally, one flat and the other a wedge style. The soles on both sets of shoes have disintegrated. The cobblers can’t mend them as the soles are not replaceable. Such a shame as they were really comfortable to wear.

Great customer service. I previously had a pair of moshulu sandals that lasted nearly a decade. I was a bit surprised when my new sandals lasted only one summer before falling apart so I got straight onto customer service who were very helpful, asked me to send my broken sandals in and then sent me vouchers for the price I bought the sandals at.

My mum has been shopping with Moshulu for years and bought me a pair of slippers that have lasted me for ages! It's time to replace them so thought I'd treat myself.

I was so surprised to have recieved a 15% discount from their refer a friend scheme, was such a pleasant shopping experience!

I look forward to recieving my first order that I've placed.

My review relates to my experience with MOSHULU’s customer care department following the purchase of their shoes approx 2 months ago.
My email was responded to in a timely manner, and my issue was resolved promptly and efficiently by Zoe. I cannot fault the service.
I was disappointed in the quality of the shoes I purchased but my customer service experience was faultless.

Bought a pair of Alaska slippers, sadly the quality has not matched the price. I don’t mind paying for decent quality slippers, but these have not lasted and now look shabby. I now have to buy new slippers for this winter. I hoped for better Moshulu.

Lovely sandals just a bit to wide for me.

I ordered 2 sandals to make sure one would fit ,they arrived but one pair even though the box was correct,the colour sandle was not what i wanted. i rang customer care and was delt with brilliantly he ordered a replacement posted next day delivery and received them as promised, he sorted my postage out for me and delt with the problem i cant thank him enough im so pleased with my

Ginger Ale sandle there so comfy and colourful, i will definitely order again soon

In the past year I have bought three pairs of boots and a pair of sandals. On both occasions I contacted Customer Services for some help and advice and on both occasions they were so helpful and knowledgeable I cannot praise them enough. This led to me being able to order boots and sandals that suited my narrow feet and to have the colours I wanted. Everything I bought is of a high quality and having worn them all quite a lot they appear to be sturdy and likely to last years. They are all very attractive and just so comfortable (and I walk a lot). There is a vast range of styles to suit all shapes and sizes of foot. I feel that this company really want to make sure you love your purchase and that you buy comfy yet stylish footwear that fits you well.

The shoes ordered were lovely quality and the delivery service was undisputable. One pair was for my mother as a surprise. She has narrow feet and the petrel shoes were just too wide. I have wide feet and experienced the opposite problem. The shoes were returned but it was no fault of Moshulu - would order again in a flash.

I’ve bought several pairs of Moshulu shoes in the past but one pair arrived slightly damaged. Moshulu quickly replaced them. Excellent service. High quality shoes. Highly recommend.

Have bought from Mosulu before and found the shoes are good quality and returns easy.
I was looking for dark purple flat shoes for a wedding and knew that they had had them a year or so back.
Emailed them to ask were they bringing that colour back. Within minutes an email arrived asking shoe size. Another hour and they'd located a pair of old stock, sent me a photo and offered them at the amazing sale price of £29.00. I phoned up , my account was quickly found and my order placed.
Shoes arrived 2 days later.

Lovely, comfortable ankle boots.
Beautiful soft leather and a stunning colour. I chose yellow to match my warm coat for all round winter warmth and I wasn't disappointed. Fine for lengthy walks around cities, no aching feet. Lots of positive comments. I'm thinking of purchasing another pair in a different colour. Love my range of Moshulu footwear. I thoroughly recommend you treat yourself to some.

I ordered these beautifully made shoes in two sizes, they arrived swiftly and so well packaged. Unfortunately I am in between sizes which I am so disappointed about, but can thoroughly recommend the design and quality of these lovely shoes.

I had received a catalogue from Moshulu and browsed through it with excitement. As I have suffered with Planta’s Fasciitis in the past I was very wary of buying any kind of footwear online. So, I looked for a store near to where I live that I could try them on. The store was quaint and the staff were brilliant, I tried quite a few boots and the first pair was in a navy blue they were so comfortable they were amazing. Having had a thorough look through the catalogue previously I decided that I wanted a purple pair or a red pair but they didn’t have them in my size which was a 3. The lady in the store was extremely helpful, letting me try on different boots in a size 4 just so that I could get an idea of the colour. When I had decided to buy I did ask for the red pair but they didn’t have that in stock and told me that they had a cabaret colour and showed me a pair of tights in that shade so that I would have an idea what they looked like. I agreed paid for them and had them sent to my work address. No hassle. I bought them on the Saturday received them on the Tuesday. Brilliant customer service, brilliant despatch service even for Royal Mail! Would definitely recommend to others. And best of all I got them in the sale!

I bought a gilet which developed a hole in the pocket after very little use and with the help of 'Kelly' in Customer Service successfully returned for free and replaced with the original price I paid being honoured together with free delivery. Quick and easy process thanks to the great customer service!

Bought a lovely pair of boots but when they arrived one of the zips was stuck. I buy quite a lot online and I’m here to say that Moshulu customer services are second to none. Absolutely excellent. Online process was straightforward but personal approach, including phone calls to make sure they were meeting my needs were wonderful. I’ll definitely buy from them again. Oh and there shoes and boots are just beautiful.
