"Very Good", with a bit more work "Great"
I bought a MSI GL65 Leopard 10SEK-241XES gaming notebook. The order was processed in about one work day and arrived after another two, so this speed is certainly commendable.
I do think that there are a few details that could be improved.
* The product's webpage stated that a bag would also be included, and that the notebook would have Windows 10 Home installed. There was no bag in the package, and the Windows version was actually Pro.
* The product was delivered without any documents: bill, manual, quick start guide, warranty card.
* The notebook was originally designed for Spain, with the corresponding keyboard. The relabeling for German was partial, with keys like Home, Delete, etc., still in Spanish.
* The stickers used for keyboard relabeling are opaque, preventing the keyboard lighting effect from working on the corresponding keys.
I think an above-average user can find workarounds for the observations above, but I hope matters are given some more care, especially for entry-level products used by the less tech-savvy.
