I ordered a mosaic photo as a present for my sister in law’s 50th birthday. The whole process was efficient and simple. From the initial selection of photographs, the confirmation of my order, the preview of the product to the final receipt of my photo - I knew exactly what was happening with useful emails. The finished product is better than expected, I can not wait for the birthday girl to see it!!!

I stumbled on these guys by luck and they were phenomenal. Personable, helpful, amazing customer service and wow, the end product is just amazing! What these guys do is just brilliant!

Having been let down by another company, I was really pleased that I found Mosaic Photo. Ray was very helpful and knowledgeable about what would and wouldn't work, and gave me confidence that he wouldn't let the mosaic go unless he was happy with it himself. My experience with mosaic photo was professional and friendly from start to finish. I had some questions before I had even decided to place an order. These were all answered very quickly with all the details that I needed.
Once I placed my order the process for continuing was very easy. Mosaic photo were in communication with me throughout. They listened to my ideas and didn't push me. I received my first proof and requested a few tweaks, received the second proof and was then able to decide for myself on the final result.
I received the final photo very promptly and I am thrilled with it.
I cannot wait to see the reaction of the lucky person receiving this amazing present.

Very helpful, amazing product. The only done side was I had bought the size frame that I needed to fit exactly but the picture comes with a white trim that I had to reluctantly trim with scissors. Maybe you should be given the option with trim or without as if I had a frame with an insert this would of been perfect.
