I meet Alex, six years ago. We were in the two mortgage situation and one renewed with a new lender every year costing an extra $10k added to the mortgage. The issue was I'm self employed, but with stable income. Alex found a bank lender that would combine both mortgages, at a good rate, 3 year renewal. Deal. I called her a year later telling her, how everything had changed for the good and I had the freedom to expand my business. Since then I have sent many client referrals to her.
