I got in touch with Freedom Mortgages in 2020 as I found them through an NHS staff discount site - they offer their service free of charge for NHS staff. My 5 year fixed mortgage rate was coming to an end, it was the first time I’d had to renew my mortgage and I felt entirely clueless! Gaynor was excellent in her support and ability to help me get a new mortgage rate. She was so helpful and friendly and explained everything clearly to me. I’m currently moving house now and Gaynor is again helping me to understand the process and get a mortgage in place. If I ever leave the NHS, I will still use this company and pay the fee! I could not recommend Gaynor and Freedom Mortgages enough!

Contacted them, made an appointment. Appointment started 20 minutes late, took a few details and promised an email that night and a calk the next day. Still waiting, even chased up and was assured I would be contacted. Very disappointed.

Used the Doncaster branch to arrange a re-mortgage. Discussed our circumstances with advisor David Walker who provided a product which fitted our requirements and along with his team, including case manager Rob, guided use through the process. They provided advice and support promptly and efficiently to ensure completion was delivered on time responding to any questions and queries we had.
