I frequently purchase products from the MorningSave website, I haven't had any issues in the past, however I'm currently experiencing the same issues that other customers have reported. I'm not getting any response as to when my purchases will be delivered. I also made two request back on Jan 8th & 9th on two other purchases that arrive damage and the quality of the 2nd product was poorly made and still no response on those two claims. This by far has been the worst with anyone getting back to me in a timely manner. The lack of communication and not making an attempt to acknowledge issues with the products they are selling on their site is not acceptable.

Horrible company. Horrible customer service. Do not use. They charge you. Send the wrong item. Will not refund. They are scam artists all around.
I responded many times. I've filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau. I did not make the mistake. Your company did. The only mistake I made was trusting a fraudulent company to deliver what they said they would deliver.

I received an item different from what I ordered and contacted MorningSave Customer Service for assistance.
Caitlin handled my issue, and I couldn't be more pleased with how quickly and smoothly everything was resolved. Her response was prompt, the process was completely pain-free, and she was courteous, professional, and clearly very efficient at what she does. This was truly top-notch customer service. Definitely a five-star experience!

Ord a 2 pk Rachel Lilly Shapewear on 12/25/25. I was told it would arrive by 12/31. It Didn't come. I was then told it was due on 1/5, still not Rcvd. I em them 2 times B4 they FINALLY Shipped them on 1/7/26. 13 days later !!!
What kind of CS is this anyway ? I still haven't Rcvd them !

The item I purchased from Morning Save was defective. After submitting a support form, Caitlin contacted me and was very helpful with my issue. Everything was handled professionally and in a timely matter. She was very polite and attentive to my needs.

I ordered a mystery box, which I love to do. This time I received a BlendJet that did not work. I wrote to MorningSave and told them it didn’t work and I was so excited to get it because I’d always wanted one. Then I was disappointed when it didn’t work. I was reluctant to order from Morning Save because sometimes these deals don't come with the best customer service, and let's face it, sometimes we are not happy with a purchase.
Recently I purchased a small photo printer that didn't meet my expectations and upon requesting a return I was hooked up with Jessica (Mercatalyst) who stuck with me throughout the process of receiving a refund. She was patient and responded quickly to my requests, questions and concerns.

I purchased a hair remover (laser) unfortunately, the item was a dud. It would not turn on. I contacted the company I purchased from, Morningsave and immediately they took control of the issue and a refund was in process. They kept in contact with me and sent me a shipping label to send back the product. I wish they would of offered me a replacement, but a refund will do.

I had to reach out via email which I was skeptical, because there is no phone number to call. but in the end it all worked out. I emailed them because I had received the wrong item. Completely different. After a couple of conversations via email, I connected with Samantha. She asked me to send a picture of what I received as opposed to what I should have
gotten. I did. She responded and said they had refunded my card and keep what they had sent. Much appreciated. I wasn’t sure how this would turn out. But they * morning save * Samantha kept there word to connect with me and worked it out. Communication probably took about a week. It was Christmas time so I figured it would be a moment. Samantha communicated well. Thanks Again. Pleasant Honest Experience!🥰

One of the worst customer service I have ever had. My package was delivered to the incorrect address and only they had authorization to have it changed. They did not go the extra mile to make any contact or to find where my package went again they only had authorization to do so I couldn’t do anything. Needless to say I’m calling my credit card to cancel payment, but I won’t use MorningSave or any of its associates again

Placed my order on Dec 19. Was supposed to be delivered by Dec 29 at the latest. Never shipped and emailed them with no response back. It’s been over 2 days now with zero response or communication from this company. Can cancel because it’s in process. Poor communication and customer service. May have to cancel from my bank, if I don’t receive a response back. Buyers beware of lack of communication and no shipping.
Responded sent request and responded back but no reply! Again lack of communication and response! Smh
