I don’t think Ian could have done more for us if he tried. He worked so hard to get a mortgage offer for us and now we have moved in and finally own a house of our own. Ian explained everything throughout the whole process so we knew exactly what was happening at each step. Would highly recommend!!

We had Ian from Mor Mortgages in for mortgage review days. Its the first time we have done anything like it but it wont be the last. Ian met with all staff over 2 days at two different locations and discussed their current mortgage and protection situation. Went through any questions the staff and myself had with their mortgages and protection policies, if they had them. From the feedback received, the queries answered and the information given have really helped our team. Definitely a worthwhile exercise and one we will probably look to provide on annual basis.

Ian deserves some sort of medal for having dealt with my case. Long drawn out and any complication I could find along the way thrown in and yet he made it happen. He answered all my queries, dealt with every obstacle guiding me and reassured me along the way keeping me updated. He helped at every stage and the relief I felt once resolved was immense. This year was the first time I needed to remortgage without moving house and Ian was superb with his advice on what was needed, I was kept upto date daily when required via Whatsapp and he was always happy to do a Zoom if it was easier to chat face to face. Ian researched the market for me to locate the best deals for my needs and budget and layed all the options out it was all very transparent with fees and costs etc would highly recommend them and will definately be using again in 5 years time when I need to remortgage again !
