A gentleman came to my home this morning to carry out a gas service audit his name was Chris Barton
His customer service skills where excellent.
He was curtious and respectful both to me and my property he answered all my questions with an air of confidence.

I don't know what kind of company it is and what they are really looking for in homes. They send notifications using a copied logo of my housing cooperative, they don't know my name and surname. They supposedly want to check the gas installation but it so happens that 2 weeks ago my housing cooperative sent a specialist and the installation was checked.

Received a text re gas audit. Made an appointment as per text instructions. Appointment confirmed but no one showed. No word from them.....nowt.
Complete waste of a day. Had made AM appoint but stayed in all afternoon just in case as you do!

Mum can't fault this Company. Letter received detailing a Gas Quality inspection by an engineer named Mark Fahy. The day before the inspection I phoned and requested an afternoon appointment between midday and 4.30pm. He arrived on time (midday) and mum said was very polite, friendly and helpful. Our experience of this Company and Engineer has been very positive.

Had several text messages about having gas audit, arranged for between 12-4.30 on my day off, got up early went out to get loads done before 12. Came home and waited, no one turned up, didn’t even get a text message to let me know, even tho I got one the day before to say it ‘was all booked in for you’!!!!!!!!.. RUDE!

Morgan Lambert contractor had come into my home to do a check on the gas boiler and he went and helped himself to my things and stole items from my house. I have CCTV of this and when I reported it to Morgan Lambert they did nothing about it. They condoned this behaviour and it's a joke! The contractor also did not do the inspection properly as he was stealing things from my house!

I just had my annual gas check from my council and was suspicious when it addressed as the
"Resident". After checking the reviews this company is a scam IMO, and I will not respond, if they call at all.
Edit; I just call my council they had no Idea who this is or why they are booking appointments under their heading!

Had a letter through about a gas quality inspection, I emailed to book it in and confirm either AM/PM for appointment time. Got an email back confirming my appointment had been booked in.
Absolutely nobody showed up, waited in all afternoon and evening, nothing. What a waste of a day. I've had absolutely no communications to let me know nobody was coming and I've heard nothing since (appointment was 5 days ago).
Absolutely abysmal.
If I get contacted again by this company I'll more than likely ignore. My annual safety inspection was already completed, this was merely an audit. Waste of my time.

Thought it strange I would get a letter asking todo a gas safty check when the landlords engineers just did one a month or so back, but figured they were getting audited to check there competence. (Due to issues).
ML were due today but nobody came round (yes we have cctv) and nobody called to let us know.
Don't wait in for these guys.

The workman showed his I.D. card upon me opening the door. He was very polite, professional and respectful of my property. Arrived in very good time.
What sort of employees have you got when he can't even be bothered to let me know what he actually did with our family cat lucky up until the recent week I had no idea where he was so we have been out looking high and low until obtaining the cctv and having to track your company down then when I had correspondence from them I was blatantly lied to by being told our cat was taken to Manchester Street veterinary in Oldham where I was told this was false as their cctv showed no one dropped anything off its just common decency to let me know as he wasn't just a cat he was a family pet.
Warning! Be careful with Morgan Lambert (ML), their tagline is, "Gas safety... is our business". But that's a load of nonsense - take it from me.
I had a letter from ML, following my annual gas safety inspection (the company who carried out the inspection had nothing to do with ML) which was absolutely fine.
They told me that they work on behalf of my housing association, although I never heard of ML before, I told them I'm not interested (after all it was not a mandatory visit, and my gas engineer did a smart job).
However, a woman shows up at my door the following week, so I thought I'd just let her do her thing, true she was already at my door.
Well I almost died because of choosing to allow this so-called inspector into my home.
The irony of it all is that she came here to check up on another engineer's work - yet it was her who left me in danger because she failed to tighten back the cap at the rear of my cooker!!!
Atop that, she hadn't fitted the washer properly, which caused it to snap once tightened... and in addition to her incompetence she forgot to add sealant as she was meant to do.
Every other day after she left I thought something was off but couldn't trace it, until I figured it was at the rear of my cooker where the problem was.
Even when switched off it was leaking gas periodically without my prior knowledge.
As soon as I was aware (today) of the source I called it in and a gas man from SGN came and fixed things up nicely, he showed me her faults immediately - textbook errors.
I could have died due to this woman's incompetence and serious lack of attention to detail.
Be warned, Morgan Lambert's inspectors almost killed me in my own home when they were actually supposed to be keeping me safe.
I'd hate to have woken inside of a coffin - today I woke to the smell of gas instead... and my boiler was also on the whole night, as was my gas heating!
Only Lord Jesus kept me safe.
I rang ML to make a complaint, and I didn't even receive an apology. Shameful and disrespectful.
Damn right dangerous company, they should be shut down immediately.
I will NEVER allow Morgan Lambert anywhere near my home EVER again. They should be brought to trial!!!
