This form advertises that they care but they don’t . Only if your case has a guarantee price tag attached to it will they think about taking your case! Justice and the law they do not care one thing about!!

I called these people because they say they do employee law. Got some call center person who I doubt what I was telling him got translated correctly. He had to check with someone and after.spending the time explaining the problem, he came back and told me no, they wouldn't take the case. I asked why, he said he didn't know. Give me a break. I hate the idea of sueing anyone but I contacted this firm due to its advertising and A friend who does youtube videos used them. I have what could be a vaccine injury and a malpractice law suit and i spent 45 min to an hour talking to someone from the company that is thier I guess to weed out all the riff-raff. we'll it is clear that if you are proposing a major class action lawsuit then they are not interested and they would transfer you to one of their "partner law firns"!!!!! essentially the B or C string lawfirm out of someone's basement......this company in my opinion sucks and they will not help you so do not waste your time. you would have more chance in getting help from the local 7/11 employee on your law case then these loosers.Beware they are a shit outfit!!!!

After 5 months of very few updates, my dog bite case was dropped. I have a thumb which is disabled. I finally learned today that my case was dropped because they "ONLY " Work with homeowners claims and not willing to do anything else to help a disabled client. I sure wish I knew this before accepting them Maria Escobar who did finally speak to me after this length of time. Believe me there are other options, but M&M is a false advertiser. Do NOT USE this company. They are misadvertised

By far the worst law firm! They took 4 years to get a settlement on my parent’s settlement on their roof being damaged during the Tampa hurricanes. When it came for time to release the money.. they keep stalling to give my parents their half yet somehow managed to receive theirs immediately. Everytime my parents inquire how to get their settlement money they somehow produce another road block and don’t provide any details on how to do it.

Their business model is predatory, deceptive and they are causing undue distress on two senior citizens. Give my parents their money! We are still waiting.. do not book them even if they’re the last lawyers on earth you might spend over a decade to get money that is irrefutably yours!!

I caled yesterday because i fell on my landlords property putting pil in my boiler tank. I shouldn't have HAD to put the oil in to begin with because it is my landlords responsibility ti supply heat and hot water. I got hurt really bad and now there's nothing I can do about it other than freeze to death or go back up the boiler stairs with 40 lb jugs and put it in by myself. I am all alone with no help. Now I'm hurt with no help. Those TV commercials are not accurate. I know no one will probably ever see this review because they only use the good ones. I am a no body, and was treated like a no body. They don't want to take this case because it's messy, no one wants to get their hands dirty they only want the easy ones they can make alot of money from. So so soooo disappointing and wrong!!!!!!

Let me tell my story, I was in a car an auto accident Feb of 2023 I was back ended at a stop light while the other driver was on the phone. A couple days after the accident I Contact Morgan and Morgan. Talked to them about my case they made it seems like a no brainer and that they told me it was their percentage is 33% and an additional 7% if it goes to tail and was told these cases never go to trial. So their representative, (first mistake) gained my trust and I signed. After almost 2 years after being bounced for one attorney to another and multiple paralegals I was told they lost my file and top of that they have never sent me a copy of the contract. Now the fun part, their attorney/paralegal contacted first time end of July of 2024, told me that they were sending over a demand letter now in August of 2024 and it was accepted in September of 2024 but never told about it until end of October of 2024. There was no mediation no need to file a lawsuit (by the way they filed a lawsuit in March of 2024) that way they were guaranty their 7% bonus without going to trail. I feel that I was misrepresent and failed on fiduciary responsibility, basically screwed out of $7000 at settlement. And this is really the fun part is that they gave me 13 minutes to sign the settlement I asked for an hour to review it and was told no and was told that I had to sign it now (I have the text messages). Buy the way they never went over the settlement statement so they wanted to bury it and hope I would not catch, it any ways I got home and reviewed it and immediately called the paralegal and was told to basically told to pound sand and that I signed it, and this was also their attorney stand. I contact a friend who is an attorney and highly suggested to file a complaint with the bar which I in the process of doing now. Moral of the story beware their firm is not what they seem to be it is truly not Morgan and Morgan for the people their tag line should be Morgan and Morgan for Morgan and Morgan. So, my advice is to stay away they are not to be trusted.

I thought that they always return CALLS? I spoke to a guy who took the details of my case and promised that someone more professional would call me back to discuss my case. It's now three days and no response. So I got a BETTER company to take my case. Morgan and Morgan is unprofessional thank God I got a far more ethical firm.

Mr Morgan, I was a client for over 5 years and wanted to submit this review to you in my experience with your firm. During the 5 plus years, I had at least 5 different attorneys assigned to my case. Always not knowing what to expect and always being informed I had a new attorney on my case etc. to the point that I was no longer notified of a new attorney but instead waited a few months after a mediation to call and get an update on my case only to be notified once again that I had another attorney assigned to my case. I retained your firm because I believed in all your advertisements. My entire experience with your firm was beyond disappointment and I was going to give it a review reflecting the experience I endured with your firm However, just when I was planning to write the entire hiring Morgan and Morgan off and never to recommend it I was assigned one more attorney and his name is Nick Concilla. He explained he was new on the case and would do the best he can etc. to help my situation I was dealt by the firm, i heard it before from all the previous attorneys is what I was thinking. Man was I wrong. He not only did everything he told me he would do but made me and my family feel worth fighting for and he single handedly renewed my spirits on why I decided to hire your firm in the first place! This attorney took care of my case professionally and with care and concern for me and my family. Please understand that someone like Nick Concilla is a tremendous asset to such a firm as the one you built. Instead of a negative review and negative word of mouth from me and my family over our personal experiences with Morgan and Morgan I will be speaking positive of our experience with your firm definitely recommend your firm to all those in need of solid representation from people who care. Recently my brother James Archer asked me who I hired and how was it? I told my brother James that Morgan and Morgan is the only firm I would ever consider and I highly recommend them. My brother James is now one of your firms clients instead of any firm from the wide selection of law firms. That is contributed to me and my family's experience with how Nick handled our case. My 2 year experience with Morgan and Morgan.Fractured a foot bone coming out of a business. The attorney said we could get $25,000. I said ok sounds ok. Months pass they said we have to go down to $20.Ok still sounds ok. Months pass we gonna have to go to $15,000. your fractured does not pay much thats what the attorney said to me. Depostion came 2 attorneys bombarding me with questions almost an hour. Making me look like a liar. Case was close with the $15,000. Guest how much was for me after many months ($5,233+ $29.19) went to eat a burger with that....

Run don’t walk awful law firm took them 9 months on a 60k case to only get an offer of 7k.
Once I realized they were dragging there feet Olivia Abed Elrazaq Nate Colman And also a client experience person named Free anyway these people in Philadelphia are so unprofessional and rude not to mention once I said enough I still waited 3 mo for a check do yourself a huge favor don’t do any business with the they are not Morgan and Morgan they are independent contractors lawyers with little experience and they don’t even have a clue of who you are the commercial lies I turn it off as soon as I hear it what a disaster law firm.
In the end I took my check and ran wish I never hired these Goofballs.

This place is a huge joke. They were supposed to assist with filing for disability. However, they missed EVERY phone appointment we had. They’re a joke. And every person you speak to has a strong accent.
Don’t waste your time.

I asked Morgan and Morgan for assistance with filing for disability. Supposedly, there is an attorney assigned to my case and a case manager too. As of today, they have done NOTHING. No response to Disability Determination in writing, over the phone or email. No response to me. They have done NOTHING. The case manager is rude and made me feel like a dead beat when I actually got to speak with him one time! No no follow up, no follow through.
I don't want to be on disability! I want to work am physically unable. I'm sure if by some miracle I am approved for disability, Morgan & Morgan will be happy to take their share. Shame on you for giving people false hope. I have done everything on my own with no assistance. They make me feel like less than a nobody. Morgan and Morgan, you are FIRED.

They just randomly dropped my case with no explanation. I'll file a complaint with the Bar but I imagine it won't matter.

I am a nobody. An absolute joke from beginning to end. Incapable of most basic communication and utterly disorganized. America's biggest joke for a law firm.

Morgan & Morgan tries to represent themselves publicly is a caring law firm for the people the little people etc. The truth is they don't even give you 15 seconds literally when I called to ask them about a case and the woman answering the phone blew me off without even hearing me. Not even 15 seconds. You can barely say hello so how could she even understand when I didn't get to tell her anything. But that sounds like that is their standard operating procedure. I guess it's better to go look for someone like Glenn klausman . I called Morgan & Morgan first because of their big name. But when I told my girlfriend what happened she said oh you should have asked me I use this guy Glenn klausman. I actually got to talk to the lawyer. Guess that's my next call.

Morgan & Morgan are not what they appear be in their TV ads and billboards. They could not explain why they didn't take my case. A very nice independent lawyer explained what Morgan and Morgan couldn't. Does Morgan use actual lawyers and paralegal? They strung me out for over a month..while I racked up medical bills. Run from this company. Find any other lawyer.
What a disgrace and mean to do to a hurt person

This has got to be the worst possible place to have help you. They have done nothing but tell me lie after lie and produce absolutely nothing! I have dropped them and I'm looking for a law firm that can and will actually help me. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this so-called law firm!

They are incompetent, lack professionalism, their staff who do the case assessment are straight up abrasive, do not listen do you, will not let you state nor discuss what occurred from beginning to end; insist on you giving information that you do not have, and then state "it's firm policy I ask this and that you provide this information", then they go quiet, then wait 1-2 minutes, and accuse you of "not being there anymore". They do not read any information that you provide on the form that you fill out and submit on their website. They do not let you get to the point of having an actual consultation with any attorney. By the time the "case review" is done, the person doing this alleged joke of a case review will then say the attorneys "are not saying you do not have a case, but they are not taking your case". Then they refer you to firms/websites not even relevant to your needs/situation. They then refer you to a website for self-representation, so watch out, they'd sooner you represent yourself than they would take your case and represent you in court. Watch out, unless your case is going to make them $15 million+, bring them a great deal of fame, boost their ego, or bring their firm a great deal of publicity, they won't take your case and they won't care, and even they they only care about that not even you. Don't waste your time, go take the time to find an attorney who will actually care about you, your situation, and who will also do right by you, get justice for you, advocate for you, fight for you, and be worth the retainer you give them in the end.
