Morgan and Morgan called to tell me my villa reservation needed to be cancelled because the owner was selling the villa.

They offered me a different villa which we did not like as much.

I then found our original villa on AirB&B with a different villa company.

It transpired that Morgan and Morgan lost the contract, but rather than just telling me that straight, they mislead me in order to try and move me into one of their other villas.

They couldn't bring themselves to be straight with me at any stage, constantly shifting the story slightly, rather than just saying "we lost the contract, if you want to stay in the villa, you'll need to rebook with somebody else"

If you've ever had the sinking feeling of having a holiday cancelled then you'll know how stressful this whole thing is.

I'd like to point out that Pauline was very helpful. I feel like she was being given incorrect information from above, she was just as shocked as I was that I was able to book the villa I had been told was for sale and no longer being rented with another company.

I suspect they will say that they had been given incorrect information by the owner of the villa, or something like that, but they know they didn’t do the decent thing and be straight with me from the start. And they know they told a few little fibs along the way too.

This is the second holiday we've booked with Morgan Morgan, and both homes have been beautifully finished and exactly as described.

Everything worked out well for us, despite a couple of fairly wet days at the end of our week. The villa and its surround were lovely, as was Pollenca. All the restaurants we ate at (and we tried quite a few!) were very good.

Would highly recommend Morgan Morgan for anyone looking for a villa rental! We were a family of 6 adults staying 7 nights in Pollenca in September and it was everything we envisioned and more. The villa was exactly as pictured, very clean, wonderful grounds and swimming pool and so well equipped for a week self catered. Nothing was too much for the Morgan Morgan team and they were on hand to recommend local restaurants, day trips, boat rentals etc and we always got quick detailed responses to our messages. If you have any issues during your stay the team are so prompt to reply and will get everything sorted with the highest priority! We had an amazing week and are already planning to repeat the holiday next year! Thank you for such a memorable stay!

We stayed at Villa Alyvos in Mallorca, managed by Morgan & Morgan. Villa was really - rustic but very comfortable, had everything we needed for our stay, good air conditioning in all rooms, plenty of towels. Beautiful outdoor area (pool/lounge/dining area). Cannot say anything negative about it (which is rare!)

Morgan & Morgan were excellent and very responsive. Upon arrival, we found the kitchen bin was broken and informed M&M who drove up within the hour to replace it. My daughter also fell ill on holiday and M&M replied immediately to provide me with a list of doctors/hospitals etc. Thoroughly recommend!

Just returned from a wonderful 2 weeks at Verger. It is the most beautiful property which has been furnished with flair and a real eye for detail. The walk in to Pollenca old town was enjoyable and only took 10 mins to reach the cafes, shops and restaurants. Parking in the streets was easy too.
Morgan and Morgan helped to make a thoroughly relaxing holiday. They were brilliant from the start with prompt and friendly communication. We will definitely use them again.

Loved our stay in Pollenca! The townhouse was just as we expected, so nicely laid out although the fourth bedroom on the ground floor was smaller than we had anticipated. Unfortunately no photo on website for that room. Everything finished to a high standard and very clean. The house is in a great position , only a short walk into the old town for restaurants etc.
All communication with Morgan and Morgan very good and quick replies. Would recommend this company and would definitely use again.

Morgan Morgan provided a great service again without a lovely villa with excellent pool and accommodation in a good location. Organised transfers too with everything working like clockwork

Residencia 24 in Pollenca is an exquisite property in the heart of the old town. Surprising peaceful and well equipped. We had a great stay although Saturday transfers are a real pain!

Lovely well equipped villa. Good service from Morgan and Morgan. Robin was able to book us a restaurant to accommodate our group of 9. We enjoyed cycling and being able to walk into Pollensa ( just).

Casa Agosto is a beautiful property ideally placed to enjoy Pollensa Old Town and all it has to offer great food and interesting shops and the markets.
We (6 +baby) had a blast enjoying all that this property has to offer and cannot recommend it highly enough.
Morgan & Morgan the agents could not have been more helpful making it a very relaxing holiday.

The townhouse was wonderful everything we could have wanted, the pool is fantastic and so private.
Morgan and Morgan were great nothing was too much trouble a big thank you to Kristan & Robin for all their help, will certainly return .

We had originally booked our stay almost 3 years ago…and then Covid hit. Morgan & Morgan couldn’t have been more helpful especially when we had to cancel a further 2 bookings.
We finally managed to have our holiday this summer, and it didn’t disappoint. The villa exceeded our expectations- which believe me are high!- and Kristan and the rest of the staff were wonderful.
The check in and the rest of our stay was seamless and the team were always on hand for any support we needed, along with a great villa manager, Robin.
We couldn’t recommend Morgan and Morgan highly enough and intend to rebook for next year.
It truly made a refreshing change to receive a product and service that didn’t fall short.

We've just returned from a week in a beautiful townhouse in Pollenca. Morgan Morgan were fantastic in every way, from the start of our search right through to check out. Kristan went above and beyond with every detail. Thank you so much, we'll be back!

Most enjoyable stay our second time round with Morgan -Morgan. They are a most professional and friendly team and took great care of our every need.
The house was immaculately presented and a pleasure to stay in had the feel of a Grand Luxe Hotel.
Everything we needed for a wonderful visit. No hesitation in recommending them and they certainly made our visit special.

We arranged a family holiday in Majorca this October through Morgan & Morgan and the team ensured the trip was smooth and stress free from the start. The villa was stunning and the best compliment that I can give them is that we will be booking again for next year imminently!

As a returning customer we were unlucky enough to just fall short of the government instructions due to Covid and so unable to travel to Pollensa.
We emailed Kristen and within 24 hours they refunded our deposit.
When we first stayed with Morgan & Morgan I can only say that the accommodation was superb in every way, and now they have showed a thoroughly professional attitude to the pandemic that we all find ourselves in.
I would not hesitate to book with them again.

I had paid a deposit for a 7 day vacation in Mallorca in May 2021. For a number of well publicised reasons we were not in a position to take our vacation and I requested a refund of the deposit. After explaining my position Morgan and Morgan Mallorca did not hesitate to arrange for a refund to be made. I find this type of attitude most refreshing and I have no hesitation in thanking them for their speedy resolve to the matter. The whole process was stress free and handled with professionalism. Well done and Thank you.

The house was great. We enjoyed the breathtaking sunrise every morning and the kitchen was equipped with everything you need to cook. It was wonderfully quiet and the location in the mountains with the view over the whole valley to the sea is priceless. The beds were very comfortable. Kirstan was always easy to reach and answered immediately when necessary. Thank you so much!

During Covid-19 I have found the company to be responsive and helpful. Looking forward to our holiday in 2021!
