The shoes clearly weren't what you expected when you opened the box, and that's a letdown on its own. Then sorting out a return turned into more hassle than it was worth, so you settled for less rather than keep pushing. We're sorry it went that way. Good to know the team were decent with you, though that doesn't make up for a pair you won't wear.

Ordering something you expect to fit and then finding it doesn't is frustrating enough, and waiting a long time for it to arrive from somewhere you weren't expecting only made it worse. Sorting out the return clearly didn't go smoothly either, and after shopping with us as often as you have, we understand why you've had enough. We're sorry.

Being left without a reply when you've reached out more than once is genuinely frustrating, and we're sorry you've been put in that position.
