I placed an order on January 14 (Order #12004).
The payment has been stuck in authorization/provision for several days, and the order status still shows confirmed with no shipment.
I contacted customer service multiple times via email, but I have received no response at all. There has been no update about dispatch, delivery, or cancellation.
According to their own terms, payment should only be captured upon dispatch, yet there is no transparency or communication. This lack of response is unacceptable.
I am still waiting for either:
a clear shipping update, or
a cancellation and release of the reserved payment.
I would not recommend this store based on my experience.
