I purchased a used but beautiful Grey futon couch from facebook marketplace. While I was moving, a couple of legs ended up breaking. I reached out to Mopio CX with a hope to get a replacement legs and willing to pay. To my surprise, Batrisha said they would ship to me without any charges. Batrisha and her team at Mopio has earned my trust and will be placing orders for my new home furniture add ons.

After some time of identifying my product that I received second hand, I was able to procure replacement parts to fix broken hinges. It was a great experience with Vimala but the time wasted with other agents (the preverbial runaround) until Vimala stepped in and quickly resolved my problem.

I highly recommend this brand! Always ships fast and the items arrive safely. The wine glasses I purchased from them are beautiful but quite fragile so I'm glad they take care with their packaging to ensure items arrive undamaged. My other order with Mopio, a bookshelf, also went smoothly and I've been impressed with the quality especially considering the competitive price point. As someone who lives in a small space I also really appreciate that this brand sells a lot of furniture items that can complement a small studio without making it feel cluttered.

Found some really beautiful wine glasses on Mopio, but was really disappointed to find 2 out of 4 broken upon arrival. I'm giving 5 stars though because of the prompt Customer Service, in particularly

I got the 3 seater sofa for my new home and I love it. The delivery was on time and it was easy to assemble. The sofa is pretty comfortable too. It’s exactly what I was looking for.

Great company ordered a couple things on Amazon. I has an issue with my order, i put in wrong address. They were able to make an adjustment without having to cancel the order. Also the instructions that come with the products are great and easy to understand. Will continue to do more business with them.

I ordered two Blake Arched door cabinets to create a built in look. The price point was right and I’d seen a glowing review on a trusted friend’s IG. The cabinets came shipped separately and when the first one arrived I was impressed. While it isn’t solid wood it has a thicker veneer than I expected and it was surprisingly sturdy! The assembly instructions are clear and easy. Project was completed in about an hour.

Our second cabinet arrived damaged and missing parts. I reached out and heard back within 24 hours. I sent in pictures of the packaging and the damaged parts of the cabinet. Batrisha was an excellent customer service provider and quickly had another cabinet on the way.

What I like most is how simple they make assembly. The instructions are clear, the hardware is labeled, and each set of hardware is separated for the specific piece of furniture. For example, when I ordered a table with four chairs, each chair had its own set of hardware packaged separately along with the table. That kind of detail makes the process so much easier. On top of that, they also provide assembly videos for most of their products, which I’ve found really helpful.

I haven’t needed to reach out to customer service often, but the few times I did they were quick and on point. Shipping has always been fast, and everything I’ve ordered has been high quality.
