Will update and revise review but currently am experiencing difficulty receiving redemption. I have redeemed and received payment instantly in the past. Everyone I see a review is talking about smaller amounts. I have two max wins totaling almost $40k and have tried redeeming $2k. But now my redeeming is restricted and both wins are under review and have been for almost 48hours, now coming up on the weekend. They keep telling me this is standard procedure, funds are safe, we will update you through email and once approved the redeeming function will be restored. The only review I saw on here with a large amount is a horror story, and has me worried. I would feel better talking to someone who could empathize and let me know if this is going to work out. I loved Moozi and would rather play there than anywhere till this. Just disappointed I haven’t had one update in two days. Has been very good ins all areas in the past but have yet to see this outcome.

I have been a player at Moozi for some time. For the past month or two, every time I make a purchase I my account gets restricted and I have to contact support, who are useless, to get the issue escalated. After a day or two they unrestrict the account and I can play. My account is fully verified and I even provided additional verification requested. This included a selfie with ID. Support keeps unrestricting account and then emails useless responses saying to make sure I am using my own card. The only cards I use for purchases are my own cards no one else's. This has been a repeating process for the last month or two and they are uncapable of fully resolving. Absolutely ridiculous. Keep in mind that if they have concern of someone elses card being used, they can request a payment method verification. I will gladly do it, but they have not. If I don't get this resolved permanently will not use this casino ever again.

I absolutely love moozi except for the fact that they dont have fish tables but other then that this is one of my favorite apps I can cashout instantly to the same card I deposited with and the amount of games are endless I really wish Jokers jewels cash games was available again one of my favorites customer service is very quick and helpful I would say more freeplay bonus opportunities should be available but for the perks of this app I dont mind not having more bonus codes or gift drops

I’ve been playing Moozi for slightly over a year. At first, it was great! My son’s mom found the site and the first time she played, she won $200 and was able to cash it out instantly! She didn’t even put in any money. So I tried the site. All last year (2025), it was great! We didn’t lose much if anything I think I broke even or came out a little up.
Since the start of this year, something changed. We hardly ever cash out anymore. She lost her tax returns without hours last week. As for me, I won a couple times but never much. I think the games have changed, they are fixed. As far as the legitimacy of Moozi, yes they do always pay out your winnings. And there is a helpful VIP line. I’m gold status. I played hard to earn that. I feel like my win loss ratio must have dramatically changed since the start of the new year. Now I feel like I’m always broke and all my extra cash goes to Moozi with hopes to win but I never do anymore. So beware about spending money on this site. you might lose everything.

Not long ago I left a great review about this platform. I verified my account and they paid me perfectly, SOLORESA!!! (my account was verified with claimed rewards). Yesterday I made a killing, depositing $10 and boom, $600 in one fell swoop! Perfect, I thought. So I went to withdraw it and they started giving me trouble. First, they said they didn't see anything wrong and asked me to explain. I sent them a picture of the problem (a message that popped up every time I tried to withdraw the money) and they told me to send a picture of my ID, a selfie, and a selfie with my ID in my hand. I said, perfect, no problem (I did it). Actually, I did it three times because when I asked them how it was going, they kept telling me to send the same thing over and over again. In the end, I spent all the money and bye. When it's time to take my money, they're quick, but when I don't get a good prize, they're all over the place. 😂😂😂 I think they saw that with only $35 I'd deposited so far, I'd already made $1,500, and they didn't like that. But that's not my fault. Well, that's all. Be careful.
