Breach of guidelines
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated.
I am extremely disappointed with Mooyirus and their return practices.
I purchased a suit for $278.43. The item did not fit, and I contacted the company the same day I received it—well within their stated 14-day return window.
What followed was weeks of unnecessary back-and-forth:
I was required to take and submit photos
Instead of processing a return, I was repeatedly pressured to keep the item at a discounted price
At one point, they even suggested I gift the suit to someone else
Only after prolonged emails did they finally provide a return address
I returned the item, submitted the postal receipt as proof, and to this day:
No refund has been issued
No response to my follow-up emails
Complete silence
What makes this worse is that I am a repeat customer. I purchased five items and only needed to return one. This is not an isolated or unreasonable request—it’s basic consumer protection.
A company that advertises a return policy but then:
Delays
Deflects
Pressures customers to keep items
And withholds refunds
…is operating in bad faith.
I am simply asking for the refund I am owed. Until then, I strongly caution others: buy at your own risk.

Terrible customer service, terrible return policy
My boyfriend purchased me a 143-dollar dress from this website for Christmas and it didn't fit. They only allow a 14-day return or exchange. That is unacceptable. If I hadn't thrown a fit, stating that my boyfriend would no longer use this website to purchase clothing for me or his mother I would have reached no resolution and been at a 143-dollar loss. The customer service rep basically told me too bad. Thank you for understanding. I will never ever ever purchase from this website again.

MY80393- I ordered and paid for this item. After waiting for some time, I inquired about the order and was advised that it was out of stock. I am still, months later, waiting on the refund. They said nothing until I inquired, yet as of January 17, 2026, no refund.
MY74932- Purchased a black dress. It bunched in the front and was like the design of a child. Had to pay a seamstress $140 to create a wearable dress. Mooyius said they would make it right if I would remove a bad review. To date, they have done nothing.

Great response time
I must say this company has been wonderful to respond back ti me so quickly. The Dress I ordered for my son’s wedding was a bit too tight. I instantly messaged them and was connected with Chloe. She told me they are sending me out a bigger size and to go ahead and keep this one. The customer service was top notch and so far this dress quality is really good. Pleasantly surprised and I will definitely do more business with them in the future.
