I keep getting charged the month $12.99 fee even though I requested a cancellations months ago. There is no way to contact them as their website is "down" and phone number never works- nobody picks up. There is email address that works. RED FLAG. I disputed the credit card charges with the credit card company and won. However, Moosecreek Traders found a way to still charge my card even though I closed and got a new card number, a new virtual card. I don't know how they managed to do this. I am going to close this credit card altogether. RUN. They have not provided that they are reporting your business credit, they have worthless trash selling, and they are totally unreachable.

I requested a cancellation of my subscription since I wasn’t seeing evidence of Moose Creek Traders reporting to my business credit. The phone number always goes to voicemail and nobody responded to my several messages. They have a strange “Contact Us” form that doesn’t seem to work. After several days of not responding, I filed a dispute with the credit card company. To date, they have not responded to the dispute. Then a received another subscription charge, which tell me they are ignoring me or have the worst communication platform in the history or business. They are not reputable business folk. They should be ashamed to be touting “woman-owned” when they are abysmal.
This is not the way to do business.

Fact check: I was refunded the disputed amounts. I have all the receipts to prove such.
Six months later (Sept 1) Moosecreek is responding to my complaint on TrustPilot. The facts speak for themselves. THE ISSUE IS NOT WHETHER D&B REPORT CREDIT, IT IS THAT MOOSECREEK IS NOT ACCESSIBLE TO SPEAK WITH A HUMAN BEING BY PHONE OR BY EMAIL.
I provided the credit card company all the documentation that prove that Moose reek was unreachable. You didn't have a phone number with voicemail or someone picking up (don't know if you do now). Your website was “temporarily” down (I provided the CC company screenshots). The CC company could not get in contact with you (and they provide the processing services). Other complaints echo the same challenges that I experienced. No reputable company operates this way.
Do you notice how everyone else who complains against you is either “fake” or unfair?
In which complaint have you taken ownership for any of your actions? None!
I have facts, data, evidence, documentation, screenshots, etc. I will never work with your company nor recommend this defiant and untrustworthy company to any of my clients.

Website has been down for months no communication but still charging every month haven't reported to the credit bureaus once in the 6 months I've had an account complete waste of time and money.

The company has been bought out announced mid September with no products to purchase, but they are still collecting membership payments and not reporting those membership payments as business credit as promised. Cannot get anyone to cancel the membership while no response by email and other emails bouncing back.

Be warned. they sell worthless junk that takes a month to be delivered. The woman who answers the phone is rude. DO NOT GO HERE TO BUILD BUSINESS CREDIT. THEY WONT GIVE ME ANY REFUND OR CREDIT FOR THE UNOPENED CRAP I SEND BACK. UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE AND OH YEAH NOTHING BEEN REPORTED FOR MY BUSINESS ANYWHERE.
