Oh dear where do you starth this…

Oh dear where do you start with this cowboy outfit. what they did changing a set of brake pads.... mashe 2 chrome nuts trying to get covers off.... they dont have covers there chrome nuts . Spent 5 hours chamging 1 set of brake pads best bit is the zip tie hilding the caliper retainer pinnon because they snapped it..... I also thought you did brake pads you put new brake fittings on but I'm guessing the £125 charged wasn't enough fir 1 set and fixing kit . But they did charge £5 for the rubber gloves they wear ..... honestly go somewhere else

Not very good

I have to complain that this garage charged me an exorbitant price and made empty promises about getting me home.
I took my 2004 Honda Civic in for a broken window. I was quoted £287 for the part. A brand new part from AfterMarket costs only £86. I was never offered this option and so I was charged £287 for the Honda one. The time to do the job is officially fifty minutes but they charged me for one and a half hours.
Consequently the bill came to £460.
This total cost was never quoted to me and I consider it price gouging.
When I booked my car in for repair I asked if they would give me a lift home. They said they would. But when I delivered my car and asked for the promised lift they refused. I am 83 years old and have a bad leg that makes walking painful. I was told to get a bus a short walk away but they could not say which bus would get me home. I felt very much let down by their offhand treatment and leaving me abandoned with no means of getting home.

When I complained to the manager about the exorbitant price he offered as compensation to give me a free MOT. He said he would put this promise in writing and have it hand delivered to my address.
A week has passed and no such letter has arrived.

I refuse to deal with this garage due to it's price gouging, and not giving me the promised lift home.
