The Important Part:

We promise seven days’ freshness or a free replacement with every bouquet.
Select your date or get next day delivery when you order by 9pm Monday-Friday. Plus, get SMS tracking and a 2 hour delivery window.
Our flowers arrive in bud and will come into bloom within a day or two. This means fresher flowers for longer – yay!

Please Note:

In the rare event that any flowers become unavailable or are not quite up to standard, we’ll replace them with flowers of similar or superior style, quality and value.
The vase is not included.
This bouquet can be toxic to pets. Keep them away from your furry friends.

The item appears from the photo from DPD to the front of a building. The delivery address is a flat in a retirement complex and I currently do not know if it has been received by the recipient. It is not acceptable delivery to leave it at the main front door!

unfortunately did arrive in time for the date and special occasion I had planned even though I paid extra delivery to hopefully get the date i hade hope for. The Flowers were much smaller than I had imagined and had the shortest life span than any flowers that I have ever purchased lasting only 3 day.
