Moonpig ordering was easy as always. However, I wish you would desist from using Royal Mail as your delivery service. As it’s always a poor and disappointing service. They did not deliver as expected, they sent an email saying they try to deliver after 6pm but nobody was home. That was untrue as we were home. Plus if they attempted delivery why did we not receive a card through the letter box informing us of the failed delivery???? They then delivered the following day without warning. This is such a poor show and it’s not the first time this has happened. The ballon was a surprise for my son which was too late by the time the ballon was eventually delivered. I do hope you consider changing your courier service.
