It was so Trash looked like a redstone and netherite block💀💀😭. I took over 1 month to arrive at my home.

I ordered a hoodie (good quality) and a mute puffer jacket (quality not as good and deteriorates rapidly).
The reason for the 1 Star is the shipping which took forever, and the fact that they promised me a Hat for free (which I picked and was part of the cart at the moment of the sale) but never received it. I contacted customer support but they never answered. This was a total scam, and combined with the terrible shipping, I'd never buy from here again. For this service, I can find equal or better products for more reliable businesses. Thats not how a company should behave, at all!

EDIT: I wrote them back, and they immediately created a new order for me and I'm waiting for it to get shipped. For their quick response and availability to fix the mistake they made (which was during black friday, which is somewhat understandable), I'll give now 4/5, because the products are overall good quality.

Clothes came 4 months late, they sent me wrong sized ring that cost 50euros and they sent me 15euro voucher for apoligizes. Customer support never answers messages in any platform. Also deleting bad comments from instagram.

Ordered the XS Cargo Mud Pants, shipping speed was alright, the build quality was okay, the sizing fits me, but slightly too large. I'd say it's not worth the price in terms of build quality- there were scraps and pieces that were hanging off, but the pants look really cool.

Great experience. Came 5 days after I ordered it, fits even better than i'd hoped. only grip is it's very slightly too small but overall very satisfied

Avoid at all costs. I ordered a coat a month ago and it’s never arrived. Website says preparing order. And customer service has not answered any of my numerous attempts to get in touch with them. A fraudulent company, ignore the good reviews, they are fake.

“The recommended sizes on the website are completely wrong. Moreover, the fit of the two products I received had nothing to do with what they showed. On top of that, shipping times are extremely long, and they don’t even allow for refunds!”

the pack arrived after 1 month, unfortunately the size was too small for me, then i request a refund and after many and many mails, the support team sent to me a file PDF with the refund procedure, the file did’t work, i can’t open it from any phone or PC.

I ordered 2 bottoms, a hoodie and a t-shirt on the 28th of August and os of today the 18th of October my orders still hasn’t been shipped.

I realise that smaller brands sometimes have longer delivery, but after a month i contacted the company. The only positive thing was the relatively quick response, but i didn’t get any info on when i could expect my order to be delivered.

I then tried to get my order refunded, but they wouldn’t do such thing because my order “was being picked out”?? A very fraudulent refund system.

Here i am, almost another month later, and i haven’t received any updates on my order.

Advertises a fraudulent return policy. Bought two items, returned both after following extremely unclear instructions and only received the money for one of the items, not even that. Would not recommend.

This brand is actually so cool. I love it’s depth and darkness. Recently bought 2 tshirts. pricing was okay and shipping was really good. The price of shipping is unfortunately quite high for where i live. But overall, this brand is beautiful and whoever is dubious if to buy here or not, my advice to you is to trust them. 10/10

Ordered one pair of bottoms to Germany and the shipping was fast. The bottoms are absolutely sick and super high quality. I am beyond satisfied.

I had an awful experience with Moonlight Mansion, a clothing company on Instagram. They advertise a return policy, but it’s a total scam. I followed all their instructions meticulously: sent them an email before returning, filled out the return form, respected the 14-day return policy, kept the tags on, ensured the items were undamaged, and sent everything to the correct address.

Despite all this, Moonlight Mansion failed to pick up my return once it arrived at their facility. I notified them multiple times via email, and their post office also alerted them, but they completely ignored these alerts. After a few days, my package was set to be sent back to me.

This is unacceptable, especially for a company that claims to be reputable and offers returns. Now I’m 30 francs in debt due to postage and stuck with a hoodie that’s too small for me to wear. They clearly don’t care about their customers or their return policy. Avoid this company at all costs!

I made a purchase a while ago and all was perfect. The quality of the jorts is amazing. I truly recommend this brand.

I bought a shirt from this company and no order confirmation was provided. They don’t respond to any e mails which i sent in the last week and there seems to be no way of contact. This company is scamming people without any consequences. My order number is #V08ML878T

My mum ordered a hoodie for my birthday before christmas that cost £100 thanks to shipping fees. Its valentines day now and it still hasn't arrived. We’ve both attempted to contact but we have heard no response from the company whatsoever.

Never received item that cost £80, reached out numerous times to the support email with no response. Very disappointed.

Delivery was fast and good as it should be, the Hoodie looks nice but its a little too small for me, need one size larger. Good service overall

To be honest I did not expect much, I even expected that it will fit smaller than I thought, but after I bought it and tried it on, my thoughts got changed. The Hoodies of Moonlight Mansion have such a amazing fit and stitching, that it literally brings you up to the moon. 10/10 would do again if I could. If you want to buy a piece from Moonlight Mansion you should definitely go for it, trust me, you will not be disappointed.
