Website says Canadian orders ship from Canada. That is not true. They ship from Miami using UPS. I never would have ordered if I'd known that because UPS is notorious for stacking brokerage fees. Here's the direct quote from the website:

I made a purchase at the great NYS fair and within 2 months the ring snapped in half! I contacted Moonglow, downloaded a picture of damaged ring and received new one yesterday in mail! I appreciate it that they stand behind the product but am scared to wear this one too on a daily basis! I wear my rings 24x7 and I can see this one doing the same thing! The ring itself is gorgeous and I love how it glows in the dark! It just needs a better design !

I love the idea of the moon phases, but I do also feel like the jewelry itself is on the cheap side. I'd suggest a lower price or better materials.

The jewelry is beautiful. Love the meaning of the moon phases and there significants. Had an issue with getting the wrong moon phase and customer service was fast and attentive. Answered my questions and fixed the problem that I had.

I received the Moonglow necklace as a gift a few years ago. It is one of my jewelry favorites. I very seldom take it off. Not only is it beautiful and meaningful, but it blends well with almost every outfit. I also love,love that it glows in the dark. Great company. Great product! I since have bought other pieces as gifts and the person that gifted me bought one for herself.

I’ve ordered several pieces from this website, and each one is beautifully crafted. This time, I ordered a twin moon soulmate bracelet, but instead, I received a necklace. I promptly contacted them, and they promptly began working on the correct order. They even advised me to keep the necklace, which was a very kind and unexpected gesture. I truly appreciate their prompt response and their willingness to go above and beyond to rectify the mistake without me having to ask anything further. The pieces are beautiful and well-made, and I’ll definitely continue to order from this company. I’ll also recommend them to my friends, family, and anyone else who might be interested.

I absolutely love my moon bracelet that has the exact moon on the day of my birth. It is great to wear on it's own and paired with other pieces. The customer services is also excellent and answers questions and resolves issues right away. Keep this in mind when you're looking for a special gift for a friend.

I love my bracelet so much I bought some for my friends and a necklace for my son’s girlfriend. They all loved them. They are great quality. I accidentally got my bracelet caught on something and broke it after the warranty expired. They were amazing to work with and replaced my bracelet for free! I would recommend buying this product. You will not be disappointed!

This is my second purchase from moonglow. My first purchase was of the hamsa hand a few years ago,it was truly beautiful piece and has kept very well. So I decided to treat myslef again to another design. I was just as impressed as the first time. Great customers service, speedy delivery and well tracked. I have had my moonglow necklace for years absolutely love it wear it offen but the moons were little dull.

Niamh educated me on how to look after my necklace and I had no idea untill today you could switch out and replaced your dull moons. I am so happy as now this will last longer.

I have purchased multiple items and found that over time they don't hold up. Stones falling out, adjustable chains breaking. The time frame was within months of purchase. The jewelry is unique, but I won't get any more because it doesn't last long enough treated with extreme care.

Ordered a Xmas present, they took down the correct information although the engraver got it very wrong, when I reached out to this company a Zoe Saunders who is supposed to be the customer support person got back to me saying they followed what I had written and if I wanted it fixed it was going to cost me. I got back to her with photos of their mistake and surprise surprise I have heard nothing back. At this point in time I'm going to say , buy nothing from this website/ business,save your money people, go and find a reputable store, you may have to pay a little more but you will get better service.
