Seller does not respond
5 days in, and I haven't even received a shipping confirmation or delivery date. Seller doesn't respond to emails, even though I sent them 3 emails, and the phone number on the website leads to a number you can't call.
EDIT:
The package has arrived, however the seller does not communicate well. Making the purchase seem sketchy and leaving you with an uncertain feeling. Communication could definitely improve.

Great service was a lil nervous at the beginning bc of the cheap prices, but after asking the support mail they gave an accurate estimate on what day it would come which was pretty fast for me :3 overal i rlly recommend this please try it when you want to start with vr or sum :D

Seller doesn’t respond
I ordered the HP Reverb G2 more than a week ago and received confirmation from the seller, but since then he hasn’t responded at all. I sent him an email and also called the number listed on the website, but he didn’t pick up the phone. I feel frustrated because I haven’t received any information about when my order will arrive, and I can’t get in touch with him. I think this is terrible customer service.
