$88 paid no items delivered
I purchased two products totaling $88 on 3/8/26. The package has allegedly been 1 hour and 45 minutes from my home. Yesterday it said delivery will be 3/17. Today it says delivery unknown. I tried to use their website for resolution to no avail. The chat bot was unhelpful I tried five separate times hoping for support. The chat bot finally gave me a phone number to call which I did the first agent connected then hung up. I called back and the second agent told me this is Canada not America. I explained to her the chatbot gave me the number. She said so I would not have to call back she was going to have her American counterpart call me back in ten minutes. Well it has been over two hours. O went back to the site to try and get a refund through their refund process. After multiple attempts to get me to pick another item instead, at the end of the process I was told to place the items on the porch for pickup when they knew it had never been delivered. Thanks to another complaint I saw the reply to them and emailed the customer service email address provided to them. My response was unfortunately from a chatbot who told me to check my porch as the order has been fulfilled. This has been a very stressful experience for a product that is supposed to provide a sense of calm.

Back to update. Moonbrew continues to give me the runaround. Now, pretending my account number doesn’t exist. I had to send screenshots of my purchase screenshots from my credit card company, proving that they were paid and even after the dispute was fixed they still have had their money since March 8 they keep pretending they have no idea. All I want is to return their product that was not only sent to me late but damaged. I have video footage of two random guys dropping it off and throwing it on my porch. I have screenshots proving that they have been paid, but they still will not help me hands-down. The worst experience I have ever had.

I have been trying to cancel this product subscription. It is very near to impossible to contact the company, there is no phone number and they have not returned my emails.
A Real Treat
The taste is great. Gives me a sweet "snack" before bed. I make my MoonBrew at 9 pm, watch a British gardening show, relax with pleasant surroundings and go to bed knowing I will have a good night's sleep. I wake at 7:30 each morning ready to have a good day. That's the routine of an 83 year old widow living a good life.

Great customer service and great product! My order arrived with the seal broken and once I reported it, it was immediately replaced. And I sleep like a baby on this stuff. It also is quite tasty.

Moon brew tastes great BUT
The jar says a serving is two scoops and there should be 25 servings. However, when you talk to Moonbrew, they say well it’s supposed to be 1 to 2 scoops is a serving and if you’re just doing one scoop then it’s 25 servings. So kind of a scam in that regard. But it does taste good in milk …. Not so much in water. It works well. It is pricey… especially when you need 2 containers for one month.

I think this company is a scam
I think this company is a scam. Placed order 3/1/26. Now its 3/12/26. It should not take this long to get a package, everytime i inquire about package tracking they estimate tomorrow. I've been told tomorrow 3 days now. "Tomorrow' has come and gone multiple times.

Beware
Beware. I have not attempted to cancel my subscription THREE times. Each time customer service acts responsive, but I have yet to get a refund for a package I sent back (per the company request) AND they then charged my card and sent me a third unwanted order. This seems intentional, as I'm sure they make a lot of money by people who don't bother to return or follow up on it. Very frustrating.

I enjoy my Coco every night. I have traditional chocolate cocoa and then the caramel cocoa Which is my favorite. I have been able to enjoy my "treat" before bed , and it has been helping me sleep better. This last time I didn't get the email telling me I could change my monthly order, so when I went to my page I guess I ended up ordering a second cocoa instead of just replacing the original order with a different flavor. That or it was operator error! LOL

Tried to cancel order and was charged two more times
I tried canceling this order 6 months ago and the link for canceling the order was broken since then they have reordered two more times I sent an email to cancel the order when the website was not working and the email was ignored because they ordered two more times charging me 200 more dollars

Money pulled - NO PRODUCT
I ordered on 3/1/26. Four days later the product had not even shipped. But they pulled the money from my bank account to the tune of $43.00 immediately. It is now 3/9/26 and still no product shipment detail. There is also NO CUSTOMER SERVICE phone number to call and inquire about said order. You get a sketchy email address to send your inquiry to. It's getting to the point I'm going to start ordering everything on Amazon - at least I know I will get excellent customer service there!!
