The product is fantastic! Tastes great and works well. Shipping is unpredictable. If that gets straightened out it’s 5 stars from me.

I think this company is a scam. Placed order 3/1/26. Now its 3/12/26. It should not take this long to get a package, everytime i inquire about package tracking they estimate tomorrow. I've been told tomorrow 3 days now. "Tomorrow' has come and gone multiple times.

Beware. I have not attempted to cancel my subscription THREE times. Each time customer service acts responsive, but I have yet to get a refund for a package I sent back (per the company request) AND they then charged my card and sent me a third unwanted order. This seems intentional, as I'm sure they make a lot of money by people who don't bother to return or follow up on it. Very frustrating.

What a waste of money!!! Delayed shipping just to find out they are just the gummy version of sugar pills.

I enjoy my Coco every night. I have traditional chocolate cocoa and then the caramel cocoa Which is my favorite. I have been able to enjoy my "treat" before bed , and it has been helping me sleep better. This last time I didn't get the email telling me I could change my monthly order, so when I went to my page I guess I ended up ordering a second cocoa instead of just replacing the original order with a different flavor. That or it was operator error! LOL

My wife uses MoonBrew every night to help fall asleep and stay asleep.
Once again though the mixer, which was a replacement, has stoped working after just a very short time.

Great flavor. Easy to use. Helps a lot with keeping overnight leg cramps away. Still not sleeping solid through the night, hot flashes.. :(

I tried canceling this order 6 months ago and the link for canceling the order was broken since then they have reordered two more times I sent an email to cancel the order when the website was not working and the email was ignored because they ordered two more times charging me 200 more dollars

I ordered on 3/1/26. Four days later the product had not even shipped. But they pulled the money from my bank account to the tune of $43.00 immediately. It is now 3/9/26 and still no product shipment detail. There is also NO CUSTOMER SERVICE phone number to call and inquire about said order. You get a sketchy email address to send your inquiry to. It's getting to the point I'm going to start ordering everything on Amazon - at least I know I will get excellent customer service there!!

I just want to cancel…why do you make it so difficult to cancel???
Please cancel my subscription.

This Strawberry Moon Brew is a refreshing drink being that Summer is just around the corner! Tastes great!

Placed an order for gummies last month and have gotten little to no response to my request for updates as to wear my order is. I left a message on FB and got a response from a Jose asking me for my order information, only to then get no response. Then I followed up on FB, got another FB messenger response from “Jose” asking the SAME questions that I answered in his previous message. I have email several times and no response. Customer Service sucks at this company, however my credit card was charged right away. It is know March 7 and to date no resolution or updates have been provided.

The product works, is delicious, and isn't a ridiculous price. Worth every penny.

It helps me sleep and it tastes great but I do wish it was easier to mix.

My husband and I both have our moonbrew drink almost every night around 9:30. We find it definitely helps us to fall asleep, but by 2:30ish, we wake up and sometimes have difficulty going back to sleep.
We have recommended this to several people as we fully believe it helps.

I love stuff and order when I need it they put me on a subscription that I can’t cancel disputed with credit card company

I have had a more restful sleep pattern when drinking the moon brew prior to going to bed. I am able to wake and get going with my day’s activities with less effort which I appreciate.
