Highly recommended for the Cityplaza staff, I had purchased 14 leggings on 1st April. Since my daughter loves Moodytiger air leggings, I decided to purchase more, when I entered the shop, the staff was very friendly and help me confirm the items that I want. The shop didn’t the enough stock and helped me to ask the warehouse, after confirmation, I made the order shortly (within 10-15 mins), thanks a lot, especially the younger staff, she told me to choose one more leggings to get bigger discount, super love❣️❣️❣️

Funny sizes, don’t fit and return to address in Hong Kong , giving address is in Chinese , can’t find any parcel company to send back … what a nightmare

What's going on with your Cityplaza store?! I went there on 18/8 3:45 pm to do an exchange, but the gate was closed! I waited for nearly 20 minutes and NO ONE came back!!!! This is ridiculous! How can a store be left completely empty for so long?!

And the most annoying part is (because no one showed up) I went to another branch. The staff there then told me I could only do the exchange at the store where I made the purchase. WHY DIDN'T ANYONE TELL ME THIS BEFORE?! Absolutely no one mentioned this rule and completely wasted two days of my time!

This is so unprofessional!! I'm so disappointed by the poor organization demonstrated by your staff. This experience has eroded my confidence in your brand. Please train your staff properly and ARRANGE MORE STAFF at your store!

The Moody Tiger salesperson in HK IFC Mall is extremely unprofessional. No service at all. Lazy, no knowledge about the product, I will never buy this brand again.

These leggings were for my daughter's birthday. They fitted well , the price was great. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase.

Horrible return policy. I had to pay for the return and the they discounted the shipping cost also. Never buying here again.

I discovered this company through their web advertising. I liked the style and the colors so I decided to give it a shot. Absolutely impressed with the quality and choices! You have the choice between the light material or with more supports and thicker material.
The durability of the material is impressive! Soft and comfortable, the "breezy" material allows wide and fluid movements and it feels like a second skin! My two daughters love it!!!!
For the sizes, I recommend taking a size above because it tends towards the small size.
Delivery between 1 to 3 weeks to Canada. Fortunately I'm not impatient like some people who want everything, immediately. My patience is rewarded by seeing my children smile and be happy to wear these clothes.
I only had good experiences and it’s been over a year I’m ordering from them.

I bought a pair of leggings and jacket and international shipping was very fast - only took 5 days. The leggings were very lightweight and comfortable and the jacket quality and fit is amazingly good!

I bought a bounch of new products from moodytiger for my nephew in United States as his birthday gift and he is in love with it. Now he is asking for more!! He specially likes the 2-in-1 short+leggings and Air Supply Tees. The shipping was quite quick as well they got it in 6 days after order was placed.

I purchased clothing online on November 20th, today is December 7th and I have yet to receive my items. The tracking says the USPS label was printed on Nov. 30th, 10 days after the order was made, and was never received by the post office. I emailed customer service and she told me the USPS wasn't updating their website and to check back with MoodyTiger one week later. I feel scammed! There is no phone number to contact customer service. I am currently trying to pursue a refund. My purchase was a Christmas gift for my son....so disappointed! I do not recommend this store.

More like opaque tights than active wear. Cheap see through fabric. Not worth the money. Bought the breezy leggings for my daughter. So disappointed. I do not recommend this product at all.

I found this brand by accident and bought it with the mentality of trying it out. It is a color that my daughter likes very much. It is very soft and comfortable to wear because my child is very active, but the leggings are not tight at all, which suits me very well. Every move of a child.

These leggings are super cute and they are true to color in the photos. They are soft and have a nice stretch. We use them for playing at the park and she has lots of room to move. She's a sweaty girl, but these leggings seem to breath pretty well. Speaking of which, they wash well- even the light colored ones - and are pretty durable.

Comfortable, soft, and stretchy. My daughter loves to wear them. I ordered one size up to allow room for growth. They look great and will fit her for quite a while I think. Wash and dry well. Worth the price.

Just saw some influencers collaborated with this brand moodytiger so I ordered a few leggings and jacket for my friends' kids. I am surprised that they told me the fabric is way cozier than they ever thought, and the girls love the leggings and they are so stretchy and cofy, and the boys love the pajamas. Even is a new brand, I am so glad I choose their products as gift for my friends' children.
