Terrible customer service. Incredibly slow to reply and refuse to take responsibility for a product dammaged during shipment.
I ordered a table from them through etsy. When I finally received it it had been damaged during shipment where oil had spilled on to it and soaked into the wood making it swell.
I contacted them about the issue and they initally seemed helpfulll. However this got drawn out for months as they did not reply until I pestered them for a response. Finally after months they tell me that this is not sufficent damage to warrent a claim as is till technially functions as a table and can't help me.
At this time of cource they have drawn out the process so long that the claim deadline has run out on Etsy.
If you are considering making a purchase from them I would recoment you stay away. If you are in the unfortunate position where you already have purchased make sure to make a claim straight away and don't trust them when they say they are sorting the issue.
