Ordered products in Jan 2022 and they have still not arrived. Have tried to contact the company on all social media I can connect them to but without any reply.

SCAM!

I have placed 2 orders and they never arrived. Business does not reply to my emails.

Purchased a mirror from Moodings about a year ago. Today it detached from the wall mount and fell on its own. No construction ongoing in the house, or anything that could have caused it.

Fortunately no one was sitting in front of the mirror, but I can imagine a young kid could have been killed by the sheer weight and impact of that defective item.

I have emailed several times, but Moodings have not responded. According to Danish law we should have 2 years legal warranty, so their non-response is all very frustrating.

Do not recommend purchasing anything from them.

Please people, don’t buy from Moodings. You pay but you will never receive the stuff you have ordered and paid for. It happened to me and a lot of other people. I don’t wanna see this happening to you, be wise.

Bankrupt, dont order from here as they wont ship.

Placed the order in February and to this day never received the goods. Nobody answers on email and the phone doesn;t go through. The first thought was that they went bankrupt but I see they keep updating the website so is just fraud.

Do NOT buy from this company. Letting the company go bankrupt and then reopening. Many customers never got their item or money back.

I both several articles (Pitcher and candleholders) to decorate the house for a total of 587€ but so far (September 2022) nothing has been delivered. In March 2022 I introduced a claim on line and I received a tentative reply that they were checking. Since then, silence. Now, the links to track the order, see the invoice and access to the complain and the reply are no longer valid. No mean to contact them.

There is no response to any message. Ordered in March 2022 - IN August 2022 still nothing received and no reply on requests to customer service. Tracking option/status of purchase not available anymore on teh homepage.

Ordered item here in January 2022, and it was supposed to be delivered within 5 days. Never received. No response to emails (and now the email address is not recognised) customer service number is not active, and the customer service page on the website doesn't load content. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING HERE. WHY THE WEBSITE IS ALLOWED TO STILL UP I DO NOT KNOW! THEIVING B*STARDS.

SCAM company! I'm sad to see all the reviews of people going through the same thing. Bought items in January, nothing received, can't get in touch with the customer service for the past 2 months to cancel and receive a refund. Now I need to figure out how to chase them for my 140 euros, outrageous.

I have ordered in January, an order in value of close to 600 EUR, I have never received my item. Delivery time was 6-8 weeks. I was reaching out to customer service, they told me to wait it out due to global supply chain disruption with no timeframe on when it would be delivered until they "ghosted me" and stopped responding. I got really pissed and wanted to get my money back if they are unable to even give a time frame which they ignored. Now I tried calling the number on the website which is non existent, the company seems to be a total scam, their CEO (multiple ventures, investment fund CEO, rather a belittled thief and scammer - linkedin/alexanderthygesen/ -> feel free to contact him and ask for your money back, he was the one managing the company when they went bankrupt) is clearly having no personal consequence, making new e-commerce businesses, stealing from people. Is there any legal action organized? I will be flying to Denmark and will file a report at the police in the upcoming weeks. We have to make sure there is a consequence for stealing from people and that some looser is not presenting himself as a successful venture capitalist and CEO when the only thing he is a looser who poorly managed fake e-commerce and lies to the customers before he replicates his scam again!

Seems like a total fraud company reading all the reviews now. I made an order for several items in February and paid, but nothing has been delivered. I’ve contacted them several times to cancel my order and get a refund without a response. Beware!!!

This is a scam.
Paid close to 600 euros for Grasshopper lamp. Never delivered. Customer service no answer. Not by email and phone is not in order. Bid big scam. The whole thing. Number of clients, tustpilot reviews, the whole website.

I've ordered two items back in March which hasn't been delivered and on top of this they're not replying on my emails and the track-trace link isn't working. I believe they are fraudulent, so please be careful

They're bankrupt. Does anyone by any chance have the contact of the advocate? There is no information on the website anymore.

I bought some stuff on their websit in december 2021.
Contacted them several time.
Said that they were waiting for the product.
Since since they are unreachable, I believe they got bankrupted !!!!

What is wrong with these people? I've placed an order over 3 months (!) ago and still haven't heard a thing. Every time I ask, they say that they are waiting on delivery of my items and they will not send the available items ahead. I've contacted them about 5 times. The first few times they answered saying there was nothing they could do. The last time they sent me a message via a ticketing system that doesn't seem to be working properly. I've sent them an email telling them I could not open their message. They did not respond. Then I tried calling, and the number doesn't even exist? What kind of a scam is this? I want my money back.
