I purchased an odyssey watch 1 week ago.
Since installing the sim, the product has not worked!
I have been in constant contact via email with the support (AI robot???)
I have provided every answer and photo they have requested
I have not heard any response or possible solution to my problem.
Now I am left with an expensive watch that does not work and an extremely disappointed child who was do excited to receive this product
I am so annoyed, frustrated, and disappointed.

Absolute waste of money!!! Watch stopped working 25th February, it was even a year old! Will not make calls or send messages. Have contacted company several times and be told that the watch is fixed when it is not!!! Don't waste your money buying this, leaves your child disappointed!

Really terrible, after paying to activate the sim the watch will not connect to the network. Displaying the message mobile network not avaliable when we try to make a call. I have tried to contact customer service but only receive automated responses. There is no other way to contact them, I have requested a refund and still no response. Don't waste your money. My ticket number is 324704, bit I Don want to publish my email address on here. I spoke to someone late last night and they offered to replace the sim in the watch and refund the activation fees etc, but I haven't heard anything further and I am unsure if this will actually happen. Having only had a response when I tried to cancel the account after 3 different attempts to speak to customer service. I found out you can't re-active a second hand watch. Although they are now offering to replace the Sim, this is not explained anywhere on the website and they allow you pay and active a product that they know will not work.

The watch I purchased was faulty and absolutely dreaded having to contact customer support about it especially since i purchased it from a third party. I thought I'd have to go in circles between the store and Moochies to resolve this but Olive, from their customer service team, went above and beyond to help me try to fault find and resolve the issue. In the end I did have to return the watch, however, Olive was super responsive with her emails and made the entire experience a breeze. To say I was pleasantly surprised would be an understatement. Thanks Olive! 5 out of 5 stars for customer service

not at all intutive. Activation process is a nightmare.
Sign up process sends no confirmation. No confirmation on payment either.
Once the payment is made, the sim does not activate. Support is pathetically slow and takes forever to responmd althouth they claim to be offering 24/7 support.
I reached out to two separate support agents yet the issue is not resolved. I was told that first activation did not go as intended so they refunded the set up and monthly fee. I have not recieved any confirmation of refund.
I was asked to re register for sim. Again, there was no confirmation upto resgin and the watch still shows "Mobile network not available" despite the signal bars being full.
Now I am worried that I am subsribed twice for the same service that has not even worked once.

I would love to know where all these good reviews come from. We have had nothing but trouble. I understand tech products and have worked in the cellular industry for years, so is not user error here.
These watches just don’t do what they say, tracking doesn’t work at all, calls rarely work and video forget it - so how can this give us any piece of mind for our kids? It doesn’t and we are returning.
Also, customer service must be coming from a non English speaking country judging by quality of response and delays in answers.
I don’t think the phone/watch combo works well enough to protect kids. Get a ‘dumb phone’ much better idea

I was having no end of issues with my watch after purchase. Finally Jess in Customer Service helped me solve every one of my issues. She was responsive and so helpful
Do not waste your money on this watch. We bought two of these watches to use for our Disney vacation. I tried setting up the service a week before we left for the trip. I couldn’t get either of them to work. Customer service had me send in the numbers and model for each watch, I did that. Then they told me to connect it to wifi and check for any updates, I did and still, they never worked. I asked for a refund on the service twice- they refused because the service was currently “active and running.” The watches never once made any calls or received any calls and were constantly “searching for service.” A huge waste of money. I’m so disappointed, as were my kids.

Don’t waste your money on this watch because I bought this watch for my son and it worked for a couple of months then the watch couldn’t even turn on it always had problems. they kept telling us what to do to fix the watch then when I did what they said it got fixed then broke again

Bought Odyssey phone and that was a waste of money. Spend half a day trying to connect the app and the phone... some how it finally paired. Admin app works some how but the added users app doesn't work. It freezes all the time. Phone itself is laggy and answering and ending calls are based on luck. App doesn't update properly and the time stamps are wrong.

Hours spent and dozens of emails exchanged with customer support trying to set up and activate watch. Then the watch never works when I call my child and when she calls me. Useless. The app is also a joke, doesn’t refresh and a terrible interface. Customer support will respond but your time will be down the drain. We also have a Spacetalk and it is much more reliable.

Bought 2 at Xmas. Have spent a week trying to set up 1. Customer support shocking. None of the key features work despite multiple resets and cumbersome support. The second device has the “sim number” on a sticker outside the box, this was illegible so I have to go back to the retailer. Moochies not able to tell me the Sim number inside their own device. Overall, the device is very basic tech, does not do what it is supposed to do and support is terrible. Waste of time, so look elsewhere.

Terrible watch wouldn’t recommend. Purchased two watches for Christmas and have 2 very disappointed children who cannot use there watches. Have purchased two plans also that they havnt been able to use so out of pocket two watches and two plans never got to use. No support or help emailes got back to me very very disappointed and I should have seen all the bad reviews before purchasing. Will be taking our business else where with people who have purchased another brand that works very well with great reviews.

Jess helped with all questions regarding set ups and plans and explained all in easy step by step instructions. Jess was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful
This product is not worth the money time or effort. Needs to be charged consistently, messages come through late, this was a Santa present & my daughter hasn’t been able to use it yet which is so disheartening.
