I bought the four burner black/stainless grill with side burner. My previous grill was a Weber spirit three burner which was fantastic. Needed to replace due to mouse family invasion. I like the monument grill style, looks, grease pan removal for cleaning is easy. The only thing about the grill are the burner valves are hard to adjust and have a dead spot when you're trying to turn it down to low which causes them to go out. Then you have to re-light to use on low. Side burner even on low is so high it will burn most anything. It's only good for boiling water. Instead of backlit knobs and USB port for barbecue light I wish they'd put the extra money into quality burner valves. When this barbecue dies it's back to a Weber.

I bought and assembled the Mesa 405BZ. It went relatively well. I had a few questions and it had a faulty (cheap looking Chinese) propane regulator (ended up using the regulator from our old rusted out grill). I called and emailed customer service several times. Never got any response. UPDATE: I don't know why but I tried the regulator that came with the grill again and a week later it worked! I don't know why it didn't work the first time. I kept disconnecting it and letting it reset several times and it would not work. Now it's working fine. Who knows?

Ordered and received a the new Pro series grill on April 26th took out of boxes in living room to find several damaged main Components of the grill. Although packaged very nicely, I do believe this had to been damaged prior going into the boxes or possibly being dropped several times while shipping. Called monument customer service. Representative called me back within an hour. Sent me a link to take pictures of all damaged parts. Sent several pictures with a video. Received an email back will take 48 to 72 hours. Also received Email one day later, asking to rate their customer service. Sent 2 more emails again on May 3rd still no response from monument, I have sent several emails back and only had one response saying they are busy and backed up. Spent $1060.96 on this grill and can’t even use it due to main lid being cracked, main fire box bent and dented, dings in both lower doors. Top right shelf surface dented. I’m not one to leave a negative review but I’m very very disappointed in the customer service/Monument grill company. I have a grill completely apart that I cannot even use. This was purchased due to my older monument grill of 8 plus years. Will say 1 positive review that my last monument Grill was fantastic and had many great memories with family and friends.

I have owned the 6-Burner Clearview model for ~2 years now. Great grill overall but I am having similar issues as some other Monument grill owners. I have had to replace the bottom tray, heat shields and one of the igniters. I ordered replacement parts and they were super easy to replace. I keep my grill covered and I try to make sure I let the grill air out after a heavy rain but things happen. Not a biggie but I would expect the bottom tray and heat shields to be a bit more durable. All in all, awesome grill and I am happy.

Very nice grill, have been using almost 3 years. I did have to replace the bottom tray, and the heat shields over the burners which burned out. Replacement parts were easy to locate and arrived quickly. My model does have the glass front which is difficult to keep clean, but the grill works well. I would buy again, but would like to see the bottom tray last a bit longer.

Who ever packs these grills does a fantastic job. I bought the four burner LP to Natural gas conversion model. Totally impressed with the way you adjust the gas after conversion. Before I purchased this grill Jose spent a considerable amount of time answering every question I had. Great videos and instructions very sturdy assembly. I am considering another one soon for another property. Love the knobs and the lites! very kool! Christened it with two porterhouse steaks that came out perfect Quality product for sure!

I've had my Monument grill for 7 years. We use it 5 days a week in the summer. It cooks evenly on all 4 burners. I just had two main burners wear out and because they have an 8 year warranty, they replaced all 4 at no charge.

I bought this grill form Monument website. Transaction was smooth and delivery was also quick. Now for the grill. I absolutely love it. I have had Weber grills for years and their quality isn't was it was.. As for Monument this grill screams quality. I really like the window. It let's you see what's going on without loosing heat. Overall this grill is fantastic and I will definitely be purchasing another one

although grill is decent, i keep getting unwanted emails from them and although i unsubscribed at least 3 times and wrote the company, i still keep getting unwanted emails and notices on facebook. this is ridiculous. they should be fined for disregarding requests to unsubscribe.

Impeccable! Highly recommand this brand! though is niche,but quality is good. And it also has good value for its price.

Getting this BBQ was a real treat for me, With no doubt this grill is a good-quality product on a budget.

Went together easily. Worked perfect the first time. I have been using it when we have party, dragging it in and out over rough pavement. We cook burgers, steaks, fajitas and more. The side burner gets plenty hot for cooking just about anything like onions and peppers for fajitas or eggs and chorizo.

I brought a gas grill online, after several grilling experience for family members, i just love it.
it performs better than i expected, even food cooking and friendly to clean it.
