Great Service

I was slightly sceptical once booked as I received little confirmation from the driver in the day leading up to the trip, however I can't fault the service and it was a great experience. I used them for a return trip and will use them on my next trip too.

Reliable...easy to use...

Have only used this site once while in France. Mainly as the research I did showed that this was a reliable platform for rides. It proved to be so..easy to get quotes for a specific ride. Driver was lovely and reliable. I would use this site again.

We had a very poor experience with this…

We had a very poor experience with this company.
We pre-booked our transfer and shared our flight details with the driver, including the expected landing time. However, when we landed, there was no driver waiting for us — and the ride was cancelled without explanation.

Then, we were contacted by a different person claiming to be from the same company, asking us to pay in cash and offering to take us to our destination.

It felt completely unprofessional and suspicious — total scammers. Avoid this company at all costs!

We have thoroughly investigated your case following the dispute opened by the driver. The booking was scheduled for Thursday, July 17, 2025, at 01:30 AM, with a 30-minute grace period for any delay.

After reviewing the details:

We received photo proof, call history, and GPS logs confirming that the chauffeur was present at the meeting point and waited for the full duration required.

After you informed our moderation teams of your landing time, we also independently verified with the airline that your flight landed at 2:11 AM, well beyond the confirmed pickup time.

This confirms that the chauffeur acted in full compliance with the conditions of your booking. Your absence at the agreed time unfortunately made it impossible to complete the service.

We strongly refute the suggestion that the chauffeur was absent or that any misconduct occurred. While we regret that your travel plans were disrupted, the responsibility for the missed connection does not lie with the platform or the driver.

We remain available should you wish to discuss the case further.
