I Haven’t received my clothes I paid…
I Haven’t received my clothes I paid for haven’t received a refund or a re delivery. They have launched an “investigation” but it seems they have no intention to compensate me for an issue on their part . They acknowledgeed it was a. Courier issue . The courier/ delivery person also forged a signature and appears took my parcel and they have not held him or her accountable. This is an on going issue and it still hasn’t been resolved despite this being a week since I parted with my money. I also paid for next day delivery taking off work to ensure , I would receive next the parcel on the next day delivery time frame and it also failed to be posted in time.
This is starting to affect my mental health this is completely outrageous and concerning that this is how they treat their customers. As a part time student who spent nearly 400£ even after I applied a unidays promo code this was significant amount of money to me - the equivalent of a weeks pay check for me. I’m disappointed and quite depressed with this whole experience, I’m unsure I’ll get my money back or etc and the customer service I received seems they have no urgency in amending this for me they also said they will not give me a time frame of how long this could take which is such a reasonable request . I do not think I would ever order from montirex ever again !
So far I wouldn’t ever recommend ordering from them to anyone either.
I’m gonna be patient if this isn’t amended soon I will take this to the police a trading standards.
Extremely poor customer service skills and delivery service .
I also repeatedly asked who I am speaking to and they failed on every occasion to at least provide me with a name of who I was corresponding with - I assume they don’t have to take any accountability.
