I never received my parcel I emailed dozens of times got no help whatsoever I don't have I print to print of the signed document and am home bond and got no help whatsoever and am £900 pound of of pocket and still have got my order even with the courier contact you saying it was there fault so no Am not happy at all and as the parcel wasn't signed for and the courier has admitted this to monterx IV been in touch with solicitor because am with in my rights for a refund all this digital signature got printed it off and take photos the solicitor said if it been investigated by the courier and the courier has contacted you with the outcome am in my rights for my money back ?

1 Star – Shockingly Poor Service and Still No Refund
My experience with Montirex has been nothing short of appalling.
My parcel was left dumped on my doorstep in full public view, despite clear delivery instructions and an authorised safe place. Unsurprisingly, it went missing. I completed their Denial of Receipt form immediately, and a week later I’m still being strung along with excuses.
Evri have already confirmed the parcel is not located and have escalated the case to their manager. They’ve also confirmed they’ve updated Montirex. Yet Montirex continue to hide behind “waiting for the courier” instead of issuing the refund I am legally entitled to for an undelivered order.
Communication has been slow, repetitive, and completely unhelpful. Every reply feels like a copy‑and‑paste script designed to delay rather than resolve anything. As a customer, I shouldn’t have to chase repeatedly or wait indefinitely for a refund for something I never received.
This whole process has been frustrating, time‑wasting, and totally unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from Montirex again, and I’d strongly advise others to think twice.

Whilst we do fully appreciate your frustration regarding this matter, we do have set policies and procedures that must be followed when investigating delivery disputes. Based on the tracking information, the order was marked as delivered on 16/05 and was recorded as signed for at the time of delivery.
In cases such as this, we are required to raise an investigation directly with the courier to establish what has happened. During this process, we are unable to issue a resolution until the courier confirms whether the delivery was completed in line with their procedures.
We can now confirm that following the outcome of the courier’s investigation, a refund has been issued to your original payment method today.
We are sorry for any inconvenience and delay caused during this process, and we appreciate your patience whilst this was being resolved.
