I had a terrible experience with Montezemolo. I ordered a jacket from their Italian site, believing—based on their claim that "taxes were included"—that no additional charges would apply. Upon delivery to the UK, I was hit with unexpected import duties, which their website failed to properly disclose.
When I contacted them to return the item, they ignored my emails until they could claim the return window had passed. Their customer service hid behind vague policies instead of addressing the misleading information on their website.
I would strongly advise against buying from Montezemolo altogether. Their lack of transparency and refusal to take responsibility is appalling.
