Customer service replies every 4 weeks , sent us the wrong item and the reimbursement took ages and plenty of emails!

We loved the product and are sure that our granddaughter will get many hours of pleasure using it in different ways.

I think it is a very good product but also very expensive.

Update!

As you can read in the earlier post we canceled to order at the 19. of June and didn’t have any problems getting our money back from the bank / company since we payed with credit card.
After the cancellation the costumer service didn’t answer on our message in which we basically explained why we did it. Approximately after two weeks on the 3. of Juli the ordered package arrived, so the message of the cancellation didn’t arrive in time / didn’t stop the package. Since we already got our money back we asked them to send us a Retour Label or QR – Code so we could send back the package.
They answered the same day a few hours later with an unexpected message. They apologized for the bad communication on their part in the beginning, were sorry for being late with the package and that after cancelling the order the package still arrived. They even thanked us for our honest Trustpilot review (1/5 Stars because of the listed problems) and showed us ,in my opinion, that they took our feedback serious and are willing to change procedures for future costumers to avoid these kind of problems.
For compensation and to give us in the end a positive experience with the company/order they told us to keep the order without any kind of payment so our kid can enjoy it!
Especially considering the net-worth of the order (329 €) it was extremely generous and we were really happy about that kind of customer service!
Furthermore they asked us for personal feedback and ideas to improve the costumer experience, which is something I personally never experienced so far.
So to sum it up, obviously a lot of things in this order went wrong. But the apology of the company was sincere and the compensation way above what we would ever expect and what is common in the online market.
The quality of the product is as promised, undamaged and is working nice to the enjoyment of our little daughter. 😊

Waited for 4 weeks nothing has arrived and the customer service is never answering the emails.
I don't think that is a scam, but they are reeeeally taking their sweet time to deliver orders. I know about some people whom are waiting for 5 o 6 weeks. And the fact that they are never answering email gives me a bad feeling about the company. What if your order came damaged or with something missing and you just cannot contact them?
In the end we called our bank to cancel the order trough the credit card.

I can fully recommend the M-Tower. Our toddler loves to use it and it made our life so much easier being able to do some kitchen work while the child watches from within it what we are doing at adult height level.

The delivery was quick, and we had good customer support.

After a family friend wanted to buy us an overpriced baby bouncer, I asked if they would be willing to buy the Lernturm instead. One of the best gifts we have received since having our child. They can see everything and participate in day to day life much more so than if they were under foot in the kitchen the entire day. I’m more productive, the kid is happier and engaged and the swing set/seat has doubled as a high chair as well. The set up was incredibly simple and one can tell that a great deal of thought and love was put into designing this particular Montessori Lernturm. A great baby shower gift, in my opinion, even if the little ones cannot use it until later. Perhaps a new product idea for the manufacturers would be to design something suitable for babies newborn-8 months similar to the swing seat!

I’m very satisfied with the product. It’s made from superior wood quality. Offering lot of option for kids. Slide is a super fun for my kids.

We are so glad for the lernturm. We had it for 2 tears already and our daughter loves it! It is so versatile and you can make up a thousand games. From helping in the kitchen, to slide, to blackboard, to desk to paint and play. An amazing tool for every house where there is a toddler! We couldn’t recommend it more!

We have the learning tower for almost 2 years already. The delivery was late indeed, around 2 months, but my daughter loves it and plays with it even now. It is well constructed and robust, versatile and with good quality. I advise everyone to have patience, the company exists, but their delivery service isn’t the best.

Last year, we have bought a tower with a slide / chalk bord, and we have enjoyed it ever since. Being able to change the setting (table, tower, slide), stimulates our daughter and she likes every bit. Fine quality and lovely to have options to buy accessories. I love multifunctional items and that is why I chose a montessori tower from this brand.

Our daughter loves the learning tower. She watches closely as we prepare food on the counter and washes her hands in the sink. We have the slide as accessory and she is always happy to slide herself or make other toys slide down. I also use the slide to make a bridge and she crosses over to the couch, then crawls under it. Add some couch pillows and we have an obstacle course! The tower is a bit pricey but good quality and we will use it long time. I also think it won't loose its value over time and I am sure to be able to resell it later. I definitely recommend this product range.
