Is a scam. You will never received your order. The company is overseas (worse Chinese owned) so forget any hope of ever getting your money back for the order you will never get.

I bough many items out of 4 watches the all black laguno was èxcellènt.Expect a 5 week delivery wait. My worst item was the Maverick Aviator jacket nothing remotely like the photo's no badge on the chest Tne neck tailoring non existent but the worst was the lining in their photos it resembles a lambskin style of finish wherea I WAS SENT a blue sponge style oh it looks so shiteIm now on Temu.com where they have so much choìce AND you get replies and can read customer eviews next to the photos
Almost all of montclairs products àre on Temu at half of the price or less. WATCHES OF BETTER QUALTY VARY £5 to £15 for smartwatch so much choice and all items I've had so far arrived within 7 days. My next order is for £210 and 45 items I can use clearpay and the payment is taken over 4 intrest free fortnightly payments. I'm over the moon. Go to temu.com not these skilled scammers who I will deal with by building a new montclairchina.com website. It won't say china but it gives the idea.Basically it will be good enough to destroy them they will have to send me a jacket as shown in the photo's for removal of the site.
montclair eelxist to scam people whilst taking their money no doubt they ge many of their items via temu.com and simply mark them up by about 400 for God's sake they don't make or asseble watches or hand knit clothing

Don't go near them. Cashmere my ass ,100% polyester sweater and the 2nd one didn't arrive.
Cheap chinese crap. The website is a sting of lies. Horrendous customer service and I waited 2 months for a sweater that cost less than 10 ubucks and paid 80. Unbelievable that I fell for low price Cashmere. How do they get away with this , as all the reviews are horrible.

I strongly advise to avoid this seller. The jacket I received was completely different from the pictures, with very cheap quality that does not match the description. Furthermore, when attempting to return it, they falsely claimed I bought it on discount to deny a refund, which is dishonest. Buyers should beware of this company and potential rip-offs.
The seller refused a refund, attempting to use a discount policy as a reason, which is unlawful under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This is an attempt to catch people who do not know their own rights when purchasing online. This Act clearly states that goods must be 'as described', 'of satisfactory quality', and 'fit for purpose'. A seller's policy, even for discounted items, cannot override these statutory rights in the UK. Also there selling all over Europe.
We need to contact EU and get there gangsters off line there talking money on false pretences.
If the item you received does not meet these criteria, you are entitled to a refund.
But they seem to have their rules.

Watches from temu. Thanks Trustpilot for warning me.

I bought 2 watches, and they arrived after so long - i said i want to return it as it wasn't right, they said they will issue a refund - it has now been been nearly 3 weeks and no reply.
This is a scam guys, don't trust the website. You will get scammed and no money back.

Cheap watches you can get on temu. The website has bunch of fake information and is deceptive to make you think they make these watches. They look worse in person and you have to pay extra to get package in person and they don't tell you that.

I purchased what was advertised as a Montclair branded watch from a website I found through a YouTube advertisement. However, the item I received is a completely different and much cheaper brand — Poedagar, which I did not agree to purchase.

This is a clear case of misleading advertising and product misrepresentation. I have tried contacting the seller, but have not received any response. I now suspect this to be a fraudulent or scam website.

Cheaper to get the watches on temu, felt for the fancy homepage.
The customer service did not responded on time and messed up my order. They sent me twice the same watch and were not really helpful.
The watched are in cheap quality, so nothing I would recommend. You will get the same watched for less than 20 euro on temu

Dont buy!!! You can literally buy same watches on temu for 15$

I ordered 2 watches.. it took 2 weeks and 5 days.. the package got sent from Vest China, yet it got driven down to Hongkong, before it got sent to Netherlands and then to Denmark. I am disappointed…
I hope people will see this review, and hopefully not order ahead of Christmas cuz it ain’t coming before new years!
The watches were okay quality one was very good and one was quite bad.
