Through a misunderstanding on my part, I did not receive my artwork as I had expected. I've reached out to Montcarta, suggested a way to avoid said misunderstanding in the future, which Montcarta has taken as a helpful way forward, both for my own orders and orders from any other customers. I look forward to doing future business with Montcarta. Excellent customer service.

Beautiful

Love, love, love the painting. It’s true to form, the colors are vibrant, and looks like it was meant to be hung in our sun room all along. The process was easy, I was kept apprised of delivery , and arrived in perfect condition. Will definitely be ordering from this company again

I had an outstanding experience with…

I had an outstanding experience with MontCarta. I had a logistical issue with one of the paintings (not the artist or company’s fault) prior to shipment that the company quickly, graciously, and competently addressed. They really invested in making sure my experience was excellent. I’ve not seen many companies go to the extend that these folks did to ensure I was happy with their product. The painting is absolutely stunning and ties in every element in my space. I am so grateful to have found them.

Good Communication until Return Attempted

Customer service communicated well until I attempted to initiate a return. The process was made impossible and unreasonable.

Although the website advertises "free returns" and "100% delight" neither is true. I was told I could only return my art to Asia, not the US address on the website, and I warned that if it arrived damaged, I would not get a refund. I was slightly afraid that was a vague threat that it would be determined to be damaged.

Each response took multiple days, in what I perceive to be an attempt to run down the clock.

The art on the site is far more detailed and rich than and textured than what was sent. They don't post pictures of their real art. The art is very nice, but it is not what I expected or intended, and it can't be returned.

My custom-made painting was worth the wait!

I saw a beautiful image on Instagram and had the idea to turn it into an oil painting for my home. I was initially skeptical that Montcarta could recreate it accurately, but the final piece has completely amazed me. While there are subtle artistic interpretations, the overall effect is stunning and captures the true-to-life feel I wanted. My happiness was confirmed at every creative stage, and the result has truly surpassed my expectations.

The painting is perfect.

The painting arrived right on time, and I’m really happy with the artwork itself. My only note is on sizing—I ordered one a bit too small for my living room wall, so it looks a little lost. That’s completely my own miscalculation; I should have measured more carefully. The shipping was prompt and the piece is beautiful.

I ordered my painting on November 7

I ordered my painting on November 7, 2025 with delivery date to my Florida home of ~November 25 as I planned to return to my Maryland home the following week.

After missing the Nov 25 date, they agreed to hold the painting and ship upon my instructions when I returned to Florida. I advised I would be in Florida and to have it delivered January 9.

Since then they have mislead the status of delivery. First communicated had the incorrect address. Then on January 14, they communicated UPS has the painting. After verifying UPS did not have the painting, they said it is coming from across seas and would advise after the painting was received in the US.

It has been one nightmare after another in dealing with them. Over 2 months after ordering the painting I do not have a delivery date nor do I know if in fact there is an actual painting.

Be very leary of this company and their commitment to deliver paintings as promised.

I spent ~$800 for a painting in November 7, 2025 with no delivery date as of January 14, 2026.

POOR QUALITY; WILL NOT HONOR RETURN POLICY; DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

I purchased a painting and what arrived was nowhere close to the quality depicted on their website. It also appeared that the box had been opened previously. The company refused to allow me to return the painting using a reasonable process. Thus, the return process on their website is illusory and they will just try to extract more money out of you like you see in many online scams. Most of the positive reviews on this site appear to be fake/AI-generated based on their similar content and style, and the U.S. address listed here is not correct. All of this creates serious questions about this company's legitimacy, and my experience to date suggests it's a scam.

I never received the painting

I never received the painting. I placed the order 9/14/25. The advertise to deliver 7-15 day. Receive some emails of approval and several text messages with excuses that it’s taking longer than expected. Now they their voicemail is full and they are not answering my text messages. It has been over 2 months. Had to file a complaint with Shopify. Now will go through the bank.
