The pillow is so soft! It arrived quickly and couldn't be easier to use. Lovely to use so far on a few chilly evenings to keep warm. Can't wait to use during the actual cold months. I thought you couldn't clean the pillow case because I couldn't find the zipper, which was a huge disappointment, however the zipper is cleverly hidden when not in use.
