My experience with Monsoon was fantastic. I had specific needs based on space and specs, and they immediately reached out to me to discuss what I thought I needed and offered better suggestions (some of which were cheaper than what I was looking for). Even when there was an issue with a wire, they took care of it no problem. They were thoroughly helpful and professional, and the cost was completely reasonable. I would 10/10 use them again to build another custom PC for me.

I was in the market for a small form factor PC and wanted to find a team that would build one for me at a competitive price with a fast turnaround time. After doing some research I came across Monsoon PCs. Their site is incredibly easy to use and intuitive–you can choose from some of the best SFF cases available for customization. I chose the Fractal Terra in the silver/white scheme. Their pricing for parts is excellent, and I was able to stay in touch with the team via email/phone with very quick and helpful responses. When the PC arrived, it was packaged with extreme care with foam inserts within the case and very good GPU support. When I booted the PC on for the first time, I noticed that the BIOS was updated, RAM set to EXPO, all drivers updated, bloatware removed: everything was literally ready to go out-of-box. I would highly recommend Monsoon PCs to anyone looking to purchase a high-quality SFF PC!

Fantastic experience, the site builder is very easy to use, they include most Amazon links supporting their pricing. I attempted to find similar components to build it myself and it ended up being more expensive due to GPU prices nowadays. One of the components I selected was out of stock, they called to tell me and they upgraded it for no charge. Highly recommend Monsoon PCs.

Great experience from start to finish. They helped me decide which PC parts would be best for my needs, got it built, and shipped out to Canada without any issues. They had accidentally sent me the PC with 32GB of RAM instead of 64GB, but were quick to pay for the needed 64GB of RAM and send a free return label for the 32GB sticks I received. The other minor issue is that the USB port on the front of the PC wasn't working, but this was a very easy fix. Other than that, David was super helpful and very willing to help with any issue the PC was facing. The PC has amazing cable management, is super quiet, and runs smoothly. I would 100% buy from Monsoon PCs again, and highly recommend them if you want a custom-built PC.
