They are scammers
They are scammers. 1. They say they are a boutique in Australia...they are not. They are in China..2. They say their boots are high quality leather, they are not. They are cheap plastic. 3 They say they are well made...they are not. 4. They say they are orthotics....they are not. 5. They send out the wrong sizes, way too small.
They will not refund unless you return the boots to CHINA.
There are many scam alerts about them on Facebook.
If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. This “Sydney” company advertised leather orthopaedic boots. Got totally suckered and I thought I was a critical thinker! Received plastic boots in the wrong size direct from China. And I bought 2 pairs 🤦🏼♀️ Learn from my experience and do some googling first
Definitely not orthopaedic shoes
Definitely not orthopaedic shoes. Nothing like product I thought I was ordering. Cheap, plastic and smelly. Really really bad. SCAM!!
Absolute scammers
Absolute scammers! Used false advertising and lied about the product - not orthopaedic shoes, not real leather. Just plastic crap. Don’t fall for this one.

If I could rate 0 I would!!
If I could rate 0 I would!!! Don’t order anything from them the products are not as described not anywhere true to size and terrible quality unwearable. Don’t trust the good reviews they are probably from the company itself using its Chinese cheap labour!!!!
🚨 I belong to Scam Alerts Australia…
🚨 I belong to Scam Alerts Australia Facebook page and numerous people have been scammed by MONROE SYDNEY recently. Most common story is they received boots from China that were way too small or too big. Were promoted on the website as “high quality leather” & “orthopaedic” shoes but are in fact made of plastic polyester type material and have a terrible chemical smell which was toxic over powering!!! Advertised on the website as “Proudly Australian Brand” but poor quality products arrive from China!!
DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!! 🚨 ‼️
