OK site, but needs to sort out it's invite e-mails. The "Participate Now" button is a dead end, you can't get to surveys. Having to scroll down to the "View My Account" and use that button is a pain.... See more

So far so good, number of surveys available, pay out for some surveys not great at times. Will see how easy to get paid once I reach the limit to withdraw accumulated credits.

I've applied for two rewards and received nothing they don't respond to your queries it's a con site avoid like the plague I'd give them minus 100 stars they are a disgrace customer service zilch and we're making them money and it's less than you'd earn in a Chinese sweat shop
The most useless survey site ever!
I started using Monosurveys earlier this year and started building up for a reward. I'm passed the minimum amount in GBP but they say that it needs to be Euros. I've raised a case and had no reply at all. I also wanted to change my email address and again raised a case but still nothing. I have now given up and have successfully closed my account.

I wanted to make a withdrawal. I have 5.39 CHF on my account, when I click on withdrawal I get: not enough money (5€) available.

Says on the site you have to get to 5 euros to redeem for reward done surveys on site got to £5 which is more than 5 euros but can't redeem for a reward when trying it just comes up no rewards available must get to 5 euros to redeem. Messaged them about this with no response total waste of time

Emailed numerous times as not received my reward, don't bother, started off no problems but i don't think anyone actually works for this company and they just left email reply on auto saying " being reviewed by support staff"

Way too much wastage of users time
They have enough information about the users to exclude the surveys that are not relevant to us, but the refuse to use to do it.
Yes, there are a lot of data regulations, but I can't imaginge that, with the users concent, that they can't save/use age, gender, location, employment status to pre-screen the surveys.

Crap company The amount of times I have tried to contact them to take me off their register because they are a waste of time and I still can’t get rid of them every time I change my password because the one I use always says wrong password is unavailable. Sick and tired to the back teeth of their email’s and can’t get rid. They have even replied to me on here previously telling me what to do but still can’t get through to them. MonoSurveys please read this and contact me with a telephone no so I can tell you.
