Superb Lettings team in Denbigh

After several years as a landlord, dealing with the Lettings team of Helen and Nicola at the Denbigh branch of Monopoly, I cannot rate them too highly. My only regret is that there is not a way of allocating 6 stars, or an extra Gold Star. 🌟 Two gold stars, one each. 🌟🌟
They are the consummate professionals, with a detailed knowledge – and understanding – of all the rental regulations which we landlords need to comply with. Trying to rent out without someone like this team backing you up could really get you, accidentally, into Big Problems. But there they are, at your back, or rather in front of you, getting it all done as the paperwork requires before you put your foot in it.
They are also excellent on the ground, vetting the potential tenants, checking the property at regular intervals, and taking copious photographs to send to me to show what is going on. Nothing, of course, as they have carefully selected the tenants.
And to cap it all, they are lovely people. Always so cheerful, and kind in answering my queries. No making me feel as low as a worm for not knowing or understanding the regulations, just so helpful always.
