Samples disappointing
I ordered 2 samples smoke 5% and natural and they barely provided any tint to my countertop. The colors shown don’t have an indication of what wood they may be applied to in order to produce the desired color. Unfortunately, I spent $13/sample and neither were near the sample swatch shown.

would not recommend this for worktop in…
would not recommend this for worktop in a domestic environment, water stains silicone not adhering, followed the instructions, finished looked great but after 2 weeks having to go back and refinish, cusytomer service poor, " we dont normally have these problems and intimating it is a user issue! going back to old tried and trusted methods cause this one has cost me to complete.

I've used it two times now
I've used it two times now. I can't believe how smooth and nice the wood feels after applying the oil. I make urns and the sprayed urns sanded to 320, sprayed and sanded with 400 and 600 don't feel as smooth and silky.
I'd like to see them offer a way of mixing small batches. A syringe marked for the 3-1 ratio, I'm currently mixing by guesses into single serve peach cups for the days use. A better idea would be to apply the oil then rub on the accelerator, buff and wait.

Excellent product
Excellent product! Worked perfectly for my application. The fact that there is no penalty for overlap during application make it perfect for larger work pieces that may pose a challenge to get finish on in a timely manner.
Price is a little high but other than that I am completely sold on this product.

Great customer service for a Noob.
While venturing into this new type of protection for wood, I had many questions I could not get answered through normal means of googling or watching YouTube. I am using Rubio Monocoat to finish furniture and I am very pleased with the finish I achieved so far. I plan to to strip lacquer off the doors of my maple kitchen cabinets and use Rubio to refinish them.

This stain saved this Interior Designer
I am an interior designer. This stain saved my life. I had created some very Custom inlays for some tall kitchen pantry doors. The regular stain used did not look good at all. A fellow designer suggested mono coat. We used the Gris Belge. They look amazing. Saved the day!!
