BUYER BEWARE: I ordered two straps from Monochrome Watches. Two months later I received a giant watch bracelet. Clearly something had happened in the shipping process. I asked customer support for a refund and was told that because they didn’t sell what I received (again something must have happened during shipping) they couldn’t possibly be at fault. They refused to give me a refund. I pushed back and the CEO of the company sent me several rude emails saying they were keeping my money. Scam company.
