completed few offers but they dont pay. also their support doesnt help at all. no answer for 4 days. stay away from this offerwall.

I have done offers through many different offer walls before but this was my first time doing one through Monlix and it will be my last. After doing everything the offer stated to do, I did not receive any reward. I waited more than a week and then contacted support. I submitted screenshots of my registration email, deposit history and game play and all I got back was a template email listing 13 possible “reasons” why my offer didn’t track. Not very helpful.

Stay far far away from any Monlix offers.

I’ve submitted proof that was similar in nature to many other ad walls and have always received the credit from them, but not from this site.

It’s not even a huge sum of money so at this point if I can help at least one other person from avoiding a headache from Monlix, I’ll feel satisfied.

I had a good experience with the offerwall on the monlix website (android app). I just wrote to the support service and the issue was resolved promptly. Even despite the small amount of reward for the offerwall.

I completed the offer for magnet miner through Ray games. Now Monlix owes me over $120 and will not pay. I went through customer support and after providing every detail they requested, gave me a generic list on bs reasons I’m denied. “ We would like to provide you with a list of possible reasons for not awarding you credit for the offer:”. Every last “possible reason” is easily proven wrong. They literally are screwing me out of the money because they are a SCAM. Monlix needs to be shut down. IMMEDIATELY!!!

Update: you did NOT reward for all offers. The game MAGICALLY glitches out - just before the real rewards. It takes gold to get to the depths. I have 2 billion gold, to reach the depth for my $112 payout, I only needed 1.5 billion gold. Yet I can’t spend it on achieving your depth goals- because you glitched it out. Do the math! I submitted video proof to you and you ignored it. Just like you’ve ignored every reasonable attempt to resolve this.

I’ve watch ALL YOUR ADS-the metric we all get payed off of. Days of my life were WASTED getting to that gold amount. You and ray games got their money. But when it comes time to pay the one who actually did the work, you screw them out of the money.

I have been using Monlix as a publisher for several years. Great offerwall, reasonable communication, never had a problem. Based on several years of experience, I can personally recommend this offerwall with a clear conscience to all advertisers and website owners who want to monetize their traffic.

3 months ago I wrote a review with a claim about an offer they didn'y pay and they responded: "Please provide required details to our support email address to check your case details" just to be seen as a responsible company...

I contacted them by mail and... What do you think? They did not respond. A complete fraud and waste of time!

I completed the “Forest Cleaner” offer through the Monlix platform.
I started the task on August 25, 2025, and finished it on September 23, 2025, following all the required steps carefully and correctly.
I did not use any VPN, proxy, or other prohibited tools.

After completing the offer, I contacted Monlix support.
They told me that the review process would take 25 days before receiving the reward.
I waited patiently for the full period, but I received no reply.
I had to contact them again myself to ask about the status.

Unfortunately, their response was disappointing and unfair.
They said I would not receive the reward because their system allegedly detected a “VPN, proxy, or incompatible device.”
This is completely false, as I used my regular internet connection and the same device I always use.

Such responses make users lose trust in the platform,
especially when the company refuses to provide clear proof or review genuine user evidence.
I ask Monlix to recheck this offer carefully and send me my deserved reward.

I will update my review once the issue is solved.
However, this experience has been very frustrating and unprofessional.

I got my reward after only a few days of ticket submission. Better than a month delay from other offerwalls.

I completed a Monlix offer on the site EarnLab, but the offer was never tracked. I opened a support ticket right away, but after more than 3 weeks I still haven’t received any reply. This makes the platform look unreliable and not very serious when it comes to customer support. I expected better.

I completed multiple tasks through the Monlix platform over six months ago. The tasks were clearly listed with promised rewards, and I fulfilled all the conditions exactly as described.

When I realised that the rewards hadn’t been credited, I submitted support tickets with all the required proof — including screenshots, timestamps, and task details.

And then? Absolutely nothing. No answer. No follow-up. Just six months of complete silence.

This is completely unacceptable. I used your platform in good faith, fulfilled my side of the deal, and expected the same in return. Ignoring users who report legitimate issues with full evidence is not only unprofessional — it damages your entire reputation.

When I had missing payment that was not much the company responded and resolved but now when I reached a higher level the payment issue has been ignored for over one week now.

I wonder how people feel when they buy food for themselves and their families with the money of deceived users who trusted them? At first, you are paid a small amount, but when the amount of the reward increases, the payment for viewing a large amount of advertising does not come. When you contact support, they send you a list of questions that you must answer to prove that you are not a camel, the list is more complicated than the Green Card survey, although for others one screenshot is enough to prove their case. If you manage to fill it out, you will definitely receive a letter where they write to you that the answers are incomplete (they do not indicate which points), and then they disappear and do not answer any more letters.

Monlix is a scam. when you start a mission they pay you for fast 1 or 2 small mission but when you go to some big mission they will never pay you it is a scam with us . i am influencer and i have a community . All of my member got Scam.

Last time I contacted them, I got no response for 3 months, but when contacting their support email, it worked. Why not just list that email on your website? It took a day for them to respond to my email and they resolved my issue.
