Monkey tilt is the best crypto casino I’ve ever played on. Honestly, I’ve won a lot of money playing here and they have great perks and rewards. Their support staff is 10/10 super fast responses and super helpful. They have so many different games to play and the sports book is phenomenal. I have nothing but great things to say about Monkey tilt.

I was playing normally and withdrawing normally after the KYC but after the last withdrawal they never paid. My last withdrawal was on February and still nothing. I have contacted the live support at least 15 times and the answer is always the same. That they will proceed my request. Until today I haven’t received my money. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO MAKE A DEPOSIT AND USE THEIR PLATFORM.

I have requested a withdrawal for 2 months now. They are not paying back the winning. DO NOT DEPOSIT YOUR MONEY. The support say that the "financial department is looking into it" for two months now. They even say they will contact me in Telegram but nothing.

I have have had my withdrawal pending for nearly 3 weeks. Every time I ask for an update they tell me it's with the payments team. No reason for why it's taking so long. If you don't want to get paid, stay away from this website!

My first withdrawal went through nearly instantly, but that's just their way of lurking you to gamble more I guess. Since then, all my withdrawals are pending, some of them for over a week, balance of over 2k USD.

If you contact live support, they keep repeating the same sentences over and over again, just telling you to wait longer.

If you contact email support, they don't even bother with replying back.

EDIT: After 10+ days, they paid full amount of 2251 USD. Upping to 3 stars, still very questionable bookmaker.

To every one who wants to play or try to partnership, or even want to work in this website, please bear in mind that this company will not pay you.
